6 people working and it took me 30 minutes to get my food and there was nobody in there. The manager finally half asked. Help me and was rude like I interrupted her day and then left it for someone else to cash me out, which was about another 5 minutes of waiting. Don't get it and then. I had diarrhea about an hour later from the food won't be back. No need to contact me. Absolutely disgusting

Online pick up, texted me it was ready, came in and she said I’d have to wait 10 minutes. So why text me? Laura helped 3 other guests before she even started making my food. No meat pretty much. Won’t be back

This location advertises that it is open from 10AM to 9:30PM Daily. That is never the case. They close 30 minutes early every single day. Either change your hours or serve your customers. A disappointment of a restaurant.

Dried out food, Can't get the order right. Not that it matters because they're usually out including the soda fountain for 2 MONTHS. To top it all off, they have the rudest custoumer service in Longmont. Don't bother.

Told to wait outside for 15 minutes, sweet tea had no sugar, rangoons had no cream cheese, received the wrong order, and the broccoli was raw in the wrong order I received.

Manager at the time was very rude and refused to fix the issues herself. Instead left it up to the other members of the staff. Avoid this particular manager at all costs.

Waited for more than 20 minutes in an empty restaurant with no customers for someone to take our order after getting told to wait for a mobile order. Staff never came back as I decided to leave and go to Ken Pratt instead.

Numerous times I've ordered on the app, have gotten a text it's ready. Every time when I've walked in to pick up, it's not ready and the staff tries to hand me incomplete orders. The app is clearly saying it's ready without the staff doing anything, this is not a staff issue this is an app and corporate issue.
