Just had knee replacement and my husband ran in to try and pick up something that would help my appetite. I love the Chipotle chicken with roasted red peppers. He couldn't remember the name an described it to the cashier. She said she did have a clue what would have peppers and spicy mayo. She was so irritated that. He just ordered salad and turkey sandwiches. Maybe employees could serve better if they know the menu. Not in any hurry to come back

Comfortable and well kept. Depending on when you order your wait can be a little long. We have had a few occasions where we were missing an item from an order, but nothing out of the ordinary. The location of this store and the people who hang out nearby makes the atmosphere a bit less than prime.

Had a wonderful ordering experience. Josh at the register was very friendly and welcoming from when we walked in. They were so patient, answering our MANY questions, and even brought some soup samples to help us make our decision. Very appreciative of the service. Peter was also very kind and made sure our order was complete before we left. Great crew there working!

We loved our visit to this Panera Bread. But the best part was the extremely paitient and friendly manager. I so regret not knowing his name for this comment. He was appx 40yrs old, if that helps. The food was amazing, as well. The place was clean and warm. Will be back there again real soon

Their holiday hours were inaccurate on Google Maps and their phone number. They even have a big sign on the side of the building that says “Open for pickup and delivery”. It’s pretty disrespectful to the community to make them drive all the way there just to see that they’re closed.

This Panera Bread experience was the worst I’ve ever had. The service was incredibly slow and poor. Please do better!

I walked in, and the gal working at the register was more interested in cleaning a container out and just looked at the couple in front of me and didn't say a word. I ordered at the register. I ordered the roasted beef with au jus. Beef was scant and flavorless.

Panera bread used to make the best soup bread bowls around out of sourdough fresh bread some ass hat at Corporate decided it would be better to buy them frozen shipped in and warmed up instead of baking them fresh and of course they are awful. Not the fault of the location just corporate trying to make more money at the expense of quality taste, and customer service. I will never be back again.
