My experience really sucked the employees were rude they were not helpful and they didnt put my soup bowl in the bag and then the soup they gave me was the wrong one!! The total was $62 i was shocked!!! Way over priced and the service sucks!!!!! We will never eat there again.. i called the manager and all he offered me was a FREE cookie for all the inconvenience..SERIOUSLY?!?!????!! They need to get new employees or retrain them with better customer srevice skills!!!!!!!!đ€âčïžđ±

My favorite coffee shop in town! Joined the sip club and have zero regrets. The folks here are kind, friendly, and helpful. There is always a table for me to work at and hot coffee for me to drink.

I just wanted to compliment the staff today. They got bombarded with hundreds of customers out of nowhere. Seems like the Cali & Texas transplants all stayed home because of todayâs minor rain, thatâs the only thing I can think of as to why so many were randomly there on a Tuesday afternoon lol! The customers need to learn some manners. Iâm so sick of how customers treat employees, from the grocery stores to the restaurants. Hell hath no fury like a slightly inconvenienced middle aged/geriatric white lady. The Karens were Karening today! My husband was waiting for our pickup order and this one Karen started pacing and huffing & puffing. She turns to my husband and snottily says âHow long does it take to make a soup!?â My husband told her âHave you looked around and seen how many people are in here!? Theyâre doing their best.â She rolled her eyes at my husband and he shrugged & laughed at her. Then a woman named Jane started loudly complaining and being rude. Next time, stay home and make your own freaking soup, Karens. Or, hereâs a concept⊠BE PATIENT, PRACTICE SOME EMPATHY, AND USE YOUR MANNERS!! Great job to all of the Panera employees!! Especially the guy I talked to on the phone. He was so pleasant and jovial throughout the chaos! Give them a raise!

We've been eating here often because the food digests well and we've had plenty of awesome interactions with the staff. We really enjoy it! I guess I'm at that age where I just want simple, not crazy flavored food and I can get it here. The dining room feels really comfy to me for some reason. All around good vibes.
I love Panera but it seems the quality has gone down quite a bit. I was very surprised. We got half a sandwich and soup with a drink and it was about $40. I wasn't impressed. It used to be so fresh and the plate much bigger

Donât go at lunch and donât use the kiosk to order. We ended up paying for an extra meal. No receipt itâs printed off no drink cups given to us. The manager wasnât sure the status of the order and could not print me a receipt to double check the order. Wonât be back

Absolutely outrageous, I ordered a 16$ Ceasar salad today, via delivery, and when it arrived it was literally the size of a stick of deodorant. If I could post pictures I would. 0/10 would not recommend. Was too expensive for a cup of lettuce and 3 Croutons.
