Will not come here again. This is the "green goddess" sandwich. I confirmed with the front desk that it was made correctly. A waste of $15. There is barely anything on it!! Staff was nice, but that doesn't really compensate for spending $15 on mostly bread?

Over a month ago we did a take out order. My sandwich was fine, why wife’s was mostly bread. We live too far to drive back so my wife filed a complaint. The manager Samatha did email, then called us back promising a coupon in the mail for a replacement sandwich. After a couple of weeks we never get that coupon and emailed Samatha directly. Now over a month later there has been no response.Will not go back for take out (maybe not at all) as Samatha also told us she was trying to train her employees to be consistent, as that was a problem she stated to me directly. Our problem is the lack of follow through when something goes wrong.

I got a you pick two, to go, with a drink. It was over $20. When I got home (half an hour away) I was missing my side. With how prices have gone up this was a very expensive lunch for what I got.

A very small salad costs 17$ after tax. by far the biggest ripoff ive ever seen. you can get a bigger nicer salad at any restaurant for well under 15$. its a shame what i saw today some gut paid 19$ for a regular sized sandwich its literally commical.

We had a wonderful experience at this Panera. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They offered suggestions on what to order and everyone seemed happy to be a work. I will definitely be back!
I am a regular client at this Panera location and always order the whole Fuji apple salad but lately, every time I came, the salad get smaller and smaller. Today was the worst. The salad was so small that I though they gave the small size but the employees sweared that that was the whole salad and refuse to give me what I have ordered. This is the last time I eat here.

Met with an agent about Medicare then got lunch to go.
I ordered delivery and for the second time they did not get my order right. I did not receive half of my order. They stated my refund for a loaf of bread will happen in 3-5 business days. I will not order from them again.
