We ordered 2 large pizzas. Told them thick crust, light on the sauce. Got home and back them and the crust turned out to be thin crust. So, it is pretty much like eating thin cardboard. Have gone there many times over the years and the people that they are hiring now are not taking orders properly as what the customers are wanting and ordering at the time.

Not sure what you will get at these two stores. They made us the wrong pizza and it was stuffed so we couldn’t tell that it would have ingredients we did not want in it. We’re told they were refund and never did ! Now we were told by them that prices online vs in store vary. Some higher online and some higher in store. Advise you to verify everything when you order here!

Have always enjoyed Papa Murphey's pizza from the Main St location but moved so tried the Hover St location closer to me. Not sure if my experience was location specific or not, but both pizzas were sub-par: skimpy sauce and cheese on both pizzas, had to hunt for the sausage there was so little of it on the sausage pizza, pineapple on the Hawaiian was cut into tiny cubes with no taste... Won't be back.

Service ,food and timeliness has always exceeded expectations. They work as a team and despite being a busy day they were stacking pies quickly ready for pick up.
They couldn't find my order. Finally they did, then the pizza was minimally topped. Did not include baking instructions. Much better pizza and service at other locations.

This place can get busy on Tuesday and this team is always on top of the orders. If I order online, my order is always ready on time and when I walk in, wait times are reasonable.

I ordered a pizza online for pick up at 6PM. It was thin crust with the creamy garlic sauce. I got there at 6:10 paid AND tipped. They said "Thats your pizza there" I said no its not. This is thick crust and not my toppings. The young girl working was REALLY not friendly. They seemed to be closing down for the evening. I said you can just refund my card and forget it. She said "No I suppose I can make it." like I was the one that made the mistake? Then she put red sauce on it while talking to her coworker and I just kept my mouth shut but then she started putting olives on it, which I do not like olives and I said "Okay look, this was supposed to have creamy garlic, its whatever but I do not want to go home and pick olives off my pizza" and she glared at me and proceeded to angrily pick them off. Won't go to that one again.

It's a hit or miss with this place. We ordered last Sunday it was awesome, the girl made it perfectly and she was so nice. We ordered today 9/20 at 5:30 pm. The pizza was horrible, and the girl who made it (a different girl) obviously didn't care about what she was doing. To make things worse she was pretty rude. So who ever worked tonight really should think about doing a job that she cares about. The pizza was made wrong. I'll only order from now on when the other girl (the nice one) is working. Hey management take a look at what front end employee worked tonight. Good luck ha, doesn't look like any management ever checks these reviews.

I come here on Tuesday's for the Tuesday deal, but I'm thinking of starting to go to the other locations. The phone hold for this location specifically is ridiculous. So I even started placing online orders, which they still messed up. I called them twice to let them know that they are forgetting toppings, which shouldn't be hard, especially on an online pick placed hours ahead. They still refused to give me a refund or a free pizza when I went in two days later.. because "I came in too late".
