Went in looking for a savory snack. Everything is a full meal, with the exception of the popsicles. Some had good menu displays, some didn’t. The atmosphere wasn’t great. Felt super dark. Maybe they’re still finishing things up? Or maybe the dining hall concept is no longer exciting? The only place that was unique, novel and exciting was Hip Pops. I will definitely return to try a gelato popsicle.

Got the birria bowl and was super disappointed. Rice was under cooked, the corn was straight out of a can, and the meat was dry.
Food was not worth the price...

Great place to bring family and friends to watch a game, eat delicious food, have some drinks and enjoy the arcade.

Very nice bar and kitchen staff! No hesitancy to make a new batch of tenders when they mistakenly added hot sauce to my child's order. Even let me keep the original one for myself.

It's a new frequent local spot for us!

At The Hatchet, the food is amazing! Pizza, salad and starters all are 10/10. Highly recommended! The service was excellent as always, great hardworking workers there.

A cool place to hangout. I wasn’t blown away either their food options, but the Shwarma restaurant was pretty tasty. The chicken was a little salty but the other toppings were fresh and combined together for a filling meal. When I went on a Saturday afternoon around 3 it was not very busy. Hopefully business at the restaurants picks up so they can turn the food over more often. The location overall seems to work well for families and adults. I like this idea for a hangout spot. Will be back.

Very high prices for food that is very subpar. Especially Baa Haachi. Don't waste your money.

Just a nice place to go grab a bite. You can get Mexican food, your SO can get Indian and kids can get what they want.

Really cool place!! I got a lamb gyro which was delicious and then snuck over to get some yummy gelato. Really nice staff and atmosphere with an arcade for kids. Definitely be back.

Love this new place!! The food is excellent and I'm not sure which place is my favorite yet! Had my granddaughter's birthday get together here. Chloe, the events manager, was highly efficient and paid attention to every detail. Will be going back. Highly recommend for great food and atmosphere.

I love having a food hall in Longmont! Such a great place for date night, happy hour with friends, family night, and to host an event! My kids love the popsicles, arcade and space to roam. I love the open space, food is tasty, service is great, and the bar area is nice and open. We also hosted a work event here and Chloe was amazing to work with - our event had awesome food and I loved how the event space was next to the bar. I highly recommend checking this place out.

The Hatchet lobster roll was delicious. I'm from New England and always on the hunt for a great Maine lobster roll. This did not disappoint.
