Great food and service

One of the better dive bars. Big menu. Pastrami burger is pretty good. Beer is fresh, cold and in a nice beer-clean glass. Wait staff is always polite.

Service is a tad slow at times but seems like that when we are in a time crunch. (I often visit my daughter and family, coming from Chicago, and Parrot's is right by her work, so we do lunch on her break.)

Parrot's is a nice alternative to other close-by places.

We’ve visited this bar several times, and unfortunately, when the bartender Jessica is working, there tends to be a noticeable delay in receiving our drinks—often requiring us to follow up with a server to get them. Additionally, it’s disappointing to attend an event that doesn’t begin at the advertised time because a game is still playing on the TVs, despite minimal audience interest.

While there have been some improvements in service over the past couple of months, there are still clear issues with table management. As someone with experience in the industry, it can be frustrating to watch the staff struggle with coordination and efficiency. There’s definitely potential here, but better training and organization would go a long way.

Everyone is super nice and the food has been very good every time I have come so far. I am new from Florida and honestly the other restaurants in the area have been a huge disappointment. This will be my new place to hang out after work.

I go here more and more because of how amazing the food is! The steaks are phenomenal and so is the bbq!! Service is always on par and even their salad dressings are homemade!
