I placed an order to be delivered for a group coming over. The order was placed at 5:30 on their website (as instructed by them) and I was given a 6:39 arrival time. At 6:30 I received a text saying they had cancelled my order because they were now unable to fulfill it. I called to speak with the manager right away as well as several times over the next few days and only reached voicemail and received no return call despite asking each time.
