I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but the customer service at this restaurant was above and beyond any place I’ve visited in a while.Our server Sandy was new, but knew her menu well.They provided a complimentary appetizer for is, being new customers…nice touch!!My friend ordered a bid your own pizza, the person who made it didn’t like how it looked, remade a fresh one for her to take home and brought one out so she would have to wait to eat.I ordered a pasta dish I didn’t like, they made me something else and the owner came it to talk with us. Comped my dinner. My second choice pasta dish was AMAZING, the Manhattan Mac & Cheese…5 star sauce.It seems that as an employee it must be comforting to know your owner backs up being able to take care of the customer. I pray employees are taken care of as well as we were as customers.For me atmosphere and excellent customer service are challenging to find these days. I will define return

Went in on a Saturday two weeks ago, was turned away because they only had one server and she told my family it would be a 45 minute wait. Came back on a Sunday and surprise surprise, they only have one server again. I have watched them turn away two families since we sat down, and we have been waiting 35 minutes already for our food. A manger came by and just asked how’s it going, but no apology for the wait or option for something taken off the bill. Poor management, poor staffing, poor customer service

I placed an online order for takeout and ordered a gluten free margarita pizza with chicken and a side of garlic sauce and ranch. They did not include the garlic sauce or ranch in the order and when I got home, I discovered that they did not include chicken on my pizza, even though they charged me extra for it. When I tried to call them to ask about my missing items, they did not answer and I was sent to voicemail. It was one of the best gluten free crusts I’ve ever had so I’m very disappointed we had such a negative experience.

I always enjoy coming here for their lunch combo with the Handheld Stromboli and a salad. Hits the spot everytime! The staff are always great and friendly too.
Food and drinks are good as usual. Unfortunately, they don't know how to staff properly. We came out on PI day for the promo and it took 45 minutes longer than it should have because they did not have a server for the bar area. The bartender had to work a full bar, all the nearby booths AND a party of 10 by himself! Wish I could say this was an exception, but this seems to be the norm.Kid-friendliness: Great kids meal with pizza, drink and a scoop of ice cream.
