Such a bummer to have to give a so so review of this place that we used to enjoy. The chicken dish was delicious. The calzone however had raw dough, the first time and the second time after the kitchen remade it. I left a note for the owner asking for a partial refund of our takeout order, and never heard back.

So good! The fresh homemade bread, homemade salad dressing, the lasagna, the spaghetti! Everything was incredible! Absolutely amazing excellent customer service! They won us over after the very first visit! Instant favorite for Italian food!

4 of us met for breakfast this AM...hubby and i first time there. friends have been 3X before. 2 of us ordered the breakfast brioche sandwich......de-lish! 1 ordered the brioche french toast and 1 ordered the pancakes. Had a great experience with Pinocchio's of Longmont recently! We hired Pinocchio's to cater my mom's 80th b-day party. The food was delicious! Devin was super helpful, professional and responsive throughout. She helped me with food selection and amounts for our group of 20. Our order was packed and ready on time (we picked it up). Highly recommend!

Arrived right when place opened so we were the first to be seated.got our drinks right away but food was so slow. After an hour and half wait we finally got our food one dish at a time. Some of the dishes were incomplete and others looked like sat under the lights for a long time. By the time the last person was served the first person was finished. We had asked many times where our food was and was assured it was next up as we watched other tables that had ordered after us get their food before us. We even had the manager come to our table to tell us he was going to make the food himself to get our order back on track. Basically very disappointing for what should have been a great experience due to stress of not knowing when and if we were going to get our food in time to get to the show next door.

My husband and I were looking for a place for a late lunch. This restaurant was in the same shopping plaza as where we were shopping. They have a very nice lunch menu of specials. The waitress Rainie was friendly and took very good care of us. My husband had a calzone and I had the Pasta Prima Vera. Both were delicious and large portions. The Italian lemon cake was delish! We will absolutely be back. Prices are very reasonable too.

Excellent eggplant parmesan and the lasagna with meat sauce was so good, my husband can't quite talking about how good it was.

I can’t tell you the number of times this restaurant, at this location, has messed up my order and made me wait for an inordinate amount of time for my order. And yet I keep going back because I like the taste of the food. Tonight was such a disappointment as they gave me gluten free spaghetti filled with gluten-FULL meatballs. And they couldn’t replace it because their “kitchen was closed.” So I watched my family eat a delicious meal while I had no food for myself. When will I learn? Perhaps you can learn from my experience. Don’t order from here unless you want to wait two hours for your food and get the wrong order anyway. . .

I always hate to give a bad review but this place has gone downhill! This is my last visit! We ordered 2 chicken parmigiana with Alfredo sauce no noodles and were charged 3.00 for each meal more as an up charge . We were supposed to get extra veggies and didn’t. They didn’t put any sauce at all and I had to go back to pick the sauce! I swear they dumped salt in it! It was terrible! In all it cost me 60.00 for two terrible dinners! This was the one on Hover! They were rude and I will not be back.
