Love bakeries so I make a point to stop and try any I see. This is one of those places that is 95% restaurant and 5% bakery, unfortunately. Small selection of baked goods which feel like more of an afterthought.

Picked up a bag of croissants. Cashier didn't know if they were made inhouse or not sadly.

More like crescent rolls than croissants: spongey and flat rather than flaky and airy. And they had chocolate in them which wasn't clearly labeled, so that was a surprise.

I'm looking forward to trying sitting down for breakfast here one day, but it's not gonna be on my list of bakeries.

The food at pistachios is always excellent! I often order the breakfast burrito to go multiple times a week. I do however have a quam about my most recent experience... I came in with my family the other day and was very disappointed that the same breakfast burrito I ordered to-go a hundred times before was more than double for dine in. When I asked for the handheld burrito I was told it was unavailable, and that my only option was to order it smothered with green chili. When I looked at the menu price I expected the burrito to be significantly larger for more than double the price. When I get them to go they are like $6, but this was $14 for what ended up being the exact same burrito except for it being smothered. I fully understand restaurant economics. I have a culinary degree from The Culinary Institute of America. Food cost is my specialty, and I have managed and ran several successful businesses in this area, including my own for 20 years. We both know the green chili smothered is costing you between 25 and 50 cents per plate. I can see no reason why the price would be more than double simply for dining in and slathering the top with a little green chili. I understand fully that it costs more money when people dine in person, so I could understand a slight upcharge if you want to fancy it up with 2 oz of green chili, but to charge more than double and tell a patron that they can't have what they want is bad business practice. I'm sorry is this the same restaurant? I watched people go in and out with to go breakfast burritos while I sat there and waited to pay over double for the same thing. It looks very greedy to operate this way. I would have more than likely ordered multiple things on the menu in addition to the handheld burrito just to try some of your other delicious food offerings. Instead I just ordered a glass of water and acquiesced to paying the ridiculous upcharge. Should I have allowed my family to eat and then ordered a separate handheld burrito to go home and eat by myself? We're not talking about a couple of dollars here, this is a significant increase. Aside from the price, I prefer handheld burritos rather than smothered so I feel you should allow your patrons to order what they want that's on the menu. Aside from that, the food is always excellent, and the front of the house staff is super friendly. That's why I gave the food and service still five stars, but for the purposes of this review I am down right now to three stars.

Honestly I have been to pistachios before but it's been a while. At some point they changed from having fresh food to everything definitely coming from prefab or a pre-cooked Frozen. I would not recommend going here. You could go to Costco and get the exact same food. It's sad to see a local company go under like this and just rest on their previous good food laurels. Especially as they kept the prices that they had when they had fresh food. If I wanted prefab chicken tenders on waffles from a mix I would go to Costco and it would cost me significantly less. The service is still pleasant if unattentive.

Coffee is brown water and food was both over and under cooked. Don't bother.

The menu is filled with typos. Service was fast and polite. Food took reasonable time but was pretty mid quality. Breakfast potatoes were severely undercooked and inedible. The poached eggs were inconsistent and usually over cooked. Overall was just a little mediocre.

Dietary restrictions: Oat milk was available for coffee drinks

The food is really delicious, but they really need some training in service. Shouldn’t have to flag down a wait person and ask 3 or 4 times for a coffee or soda refill.

I've loved this place since it opened. Absolutely to-die-for smothered breakfast burritos, with the BEST green chili. It's been great to watch this place grow and succeed over the years. Thanks for bringing fantastic food to Longmont!

This place is delicious and never disappoints! The food is flavorful and cooked perfectly each time, i love the coffees too. I tried the dulce de leche coffee and loved it and the shakshuka was so good! If you’re in need of a cute brunch spot then this is the place to go.

Food was great, really good coffee!! Service was poor, no check to see how our food was, no offer for refills on any drinks. Waitresses all seems in a foul mood. Too bad, cause the cook was very good. I won't be back

Came in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to find a lot of creative items on the menu that you normally wouldn't see. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other creative offerings. I had the Benedict and some Chile verde. My daughter had the chicken nachos. Everything was cooked well and delicious. The chicken on the nachos was very bland, but that's personal taste. The caramel frappe was fabulous. You could see the caramel sauce, so you know you'll get that flavor. They have a good selection of vegetarian items on the menunas well. It's a cute little cafe with seating outside and a nice lively atmosphere. The staff was very sweet and nice with quick and attentive service.
