Hopelessly run business. Terrible customer service from front line to manager to GM. Pray to your gods you don’t have any order issue. They will overcomplicate a solution and still manage to eff that up. Want someone else’s order? Call Pizza Hut. Want to be told TWICE they are making it good only to find out they have made the food but can’t figure out how to deliver it? Call Pizza Hut. Want terrible food and a worse experience? This is your restaurant.

called at 11:30 pm for delivery said they don’t do delivery this late okay fine asked if i can do pick up and kid says actually we closed everything down . lol what the heck? just being lazy or what the heck.. why not say that when you pick up the phone ? this location sucks and it’s always something everytime or my order is wrong they tend to fix it but it’s just always SOMETHING.

Realized order was wrong after I got home, and pizza was extremely doughy and flimsy. Wife got the gluten free pizza she ordered, but said it wasn't good and tossed half of it away. Dude at the counter acted like I was a burden and didn't make me feel welcomed as a customer. 2 star on the service because it was ready for pickup quickly, but one star on everything else.

I always order from Oscar the. Manager 2/3 times a week. Very out going always in hi spirits. And I have never had problems with my. Orders I in joy coming in to just place my order and to say hi I’m glad he is on the Pizza Hut. Longmont team. That’s again Oscar keep up the great job Luna family and also my food is always hot and fresh

Good evening, today I went to eat and pick up an order and what happened was that when I entered they didn't greet me or anything, the person at that moment just looked at us,That's fine, but he didn't even ask us what we wanted or anything. When he handed us over, he didn't even ask our name, he didn't say thank you or say goodbye. It was today at 9:30pm.And as a worker for another fast food company, I know what these types of jobs are like, but I really found it disrespectful. Only the coworker wearing a white jacket treated us well But not the other person, the food is very good but I didn't like the service (only from that African-American person apparently).
I thought I was eating a store bought cheap frozen pizza. Not what it used to be

I WAS excited to finally get a new pizza hut in town- but every time I've ordered the pizza is undercooked and greasy. This last time I ordered they couldn't even be bothered to put a lid on the pasta and the sauce spilled EVERY WHERE. It was a mess and furthermore, the noodles were inedible. Sucks.

The food was fine, I used to work at a pizza hut so I have a general idea of what they do. I'm just taken aback by the fact that I ordered mini cinnamon rolls, and they didn't come with icing because that's extra. What?!? If people are paying for something that typically comes with a sauce or icing, just give them one, and if that's not enough, then they can pay for more. Pretty lame!
