We have been loyal Protos Pizza eaters for years. We ordered take out pizza this past Friday night and the crust was totally different from what it has been in the past. It was super thin and dense missing the airiness and bubbles it has alway had in the past. Hopefully the new owners didn’t mess with the crust recipe and this was just a bad night (which has never happened before). Part of why we loved Protos before was because it was consistently good.

Both longmont and North boulder locations are great. good pizza, service, and vibes.

Protos is always a good choice for pizza! The staff is friendly and very quick. I love that they have tons of options to choose from!

By-far our favorite thin crust pizza in colorado!! Ordered a Roman and an AP, they were excellent, quick and very reasonably priced. The new managers seem like great people and we're looking forward to seeing what their future plans are for this location!

Great pizza place. Really good prices on their cocktails. Open atmosphere with bright lighting. The pizza is amazing. The dough is perfect. I got the anchovies and a Sicilian Martini. There's a weekday lunchtime deal that comes with salad and a small pizza. I got the caesar salad, and the lettuce was served at exactly the right temp, and the leaves were perfectly selected and cut. Great stuff.

We've eaten here enough that we've had absolutely everything on the menu twice. I like the staff, the food's amazing, I'd really love it if they hadn't expanded local beer list. That's my only complaint

Best pizza I've ever had!!!!! The atmosphere and employees were amazing. All and all a great night!

I really enjoyed it. I sat outside with my dog. Ordered a large pizza, salad and some cannolis. Great pizza and cannolis.

Picked up call ahead/ to go. Had a beer and talked with Coleen when I arrived. Pizza was ready but cold beer and conversation sounded good. Coleen is a gem and of course the Traffic Jam with extra pepperoni was super tastee. Thank you Proto’s!
