I really enjoyed it. I sat outside with my dog. Ordered a large pizza, salad and some cannolis. Great pizza and cannolis.

Picked up call ahead/ to go. Had a beer and talked with Coleen when I arrived. Pizza was ready but cold beer and conversation sounded good. Coleen is a gem and of course the Traffic Jam with extra pepperoni was super tastee. Thank you Proto’s!

I stopped in last week to give this place a try and I must say it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional, the waitress was such a sweetheart and made my dining experience even more amazing. My pizza was delicious, the cheese was hot and perfectly melty, I loved the sausage slices rather than ground sauce, the sauce was full of flavor and not bland like some places in the area and I loved the flavor of the crust and I’m usually not a fan of thin crusts but i absolutely loved it. Will absolutely be coming back again and probably ordering out to take home to my family as well

You thought you liked another pizza place until you tried Proto's; now you loathe that other place.
Proto's is undoubtedly the best Neapolitan pizza you can get in Longmont. Probably all of Boulder county. Fresh toppings, perfectly balanced sauce, and a crust that may or may not have crack in it.
Absolutely perfect. One day they'll get a bigger storefront I'm sure, because this place is packed! The take out salads have room for improvement is my only gripe. Pretty sad and served in an awkward container.
