Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

We ordered a 3 finger combo with fries and a drink and they didn’t include our fries :( Bummer since we always go to this location

I went to this place and the lines were huge and when it was my turn to place my order over the horn the guy serving me wasn't listening and got my order wrong then when I got to the window I explained my order again and they charged me for a 5 box combo and 5 toasted Texas. I paid and they gave me my order. When I got home I was missing the 5 toasted Texas and a combo. I called the store. They left me waiting and didn't solve my problem. Now I have to drive 15 more minutes to the store. Terrible service.

You're better off getting chicken strips from the store and cooking them yourself. These are almost that level, for $20 a person.

The service was amazing, me and my friends came in Saturday night and had one of the best meals ever. The staff went above and beyond, truly impressed with our visit and definitely recommend.

Just about the worst service of any fast food place in the area. I've had two different Caniac combos I ordered come with fewer than six chicken tenders, and one of them had the wrong size lemonade too (never in a way that was in my favor, of course).

Absolute rudeness at the window. Harboring so much resentment towards the customer that our food was handed to us upside down in a bag, with none of our requested condiments, then window slammed in our face. 20 bucks for a Caniac combo and you resent me? Weird.

The light skinned boy who works here never fails to wow me. The last couple times i have came in here, this boy was making homophobic comments, throwing food at employees and managers. screaming foul language from the back. I completely do not understand why we give somebody who acts and treats people so poorly a job.
