The rice they served smelled off and tasted spoiled. I brought this up to our waiter and he said it was day old rice and it may not be seasoned well enough. The rice had definitely gone bad. It was mushy, and had a flavour somewhere between bleach and dirty socks. I was given a fresh plate of rice that tasted fine, but I don't think we'll be coming back.

Best Al Pastor in Colorado. I’ve tried places from the Springs to Cheyanne and no place does it better. Shout out to Diego, the happiest guy I’ve ever seen. Always a delight to eat here. 10/10

Our family loves Rancheros! The food is authentic, fresh and flavorful. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming they make you feel right at home. It’s a place we enjoy regularly. Highly recommended!

When we arrived it was wasn't really busy took over 10 min to get greeted at the door as they just walked by and didn't say anything our server took 6 min to come to our table and over 10 min for our drinks we finally ordered the molcajete which isn't on the menu and we asked if we can replace an item with more steak but didn't receive the extra steak when it arrived and when we mentioned it to our server she did her best to get it to us quick but upon receiving the steak on a plate it was raw! food was just ok & not worth what we paid for in my opinion

Great food! The tacos were delicious and the nachos supreme was so good I couldn’t stop eating them! good portion size as well.
Ordered some takeout from here. The Asada fries and The Big Keyster Burrito. Prices were decent. But for an off-the-freeway restaurant, the savory goodness was unbeatable for both of these dishes!!

Went here on a friend's recommendation for the green chile. Definitely some of the better green chile in Longmont but a little more mild than I'd prefer. I had the Deluxe Burritos and must say that the food was definitely enjoyable. Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was appropriate.
