I took my daughter out for her birthday on Tuesday of this week and we were very impressed by the menu, food and service. Our server, Zoey, met us at the door. Zoey was very gracious, informative, kind and fun, at the same time. We ordered salads, soup and falafels. Everything we ordered was fabulous and served with perfection.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and whisked away by a rather slim thing I can only assume was human although I didn't check for a pulse. Mostly mundane trot to my table until something snagged and stuck to the sole of my sneaker. Stupid old beverage napkins love my feet. I mean I'm a foot guy and all but geez right? Anyway. IDK. Mind bendingly good here? No. No way Jose. Food is ok, but wine and tiramisu are chic things. What manly man sits down and eats a truffle souffle? Anyway I know this guy, Jose. No relation. He hasn't been to red cedar yet. Please put more dude stuff on the menu, crepes are turning our men into creepy crepe people. I give this place a 5 star because at least on the way out the door here some street lady said I look great in blue jeans. I do.

The food was so good and delicious! The place was so beautiful we sat in the window seat with the window open. I would personally recommend the french chicken croissant with the potatoes!

I came in for my reservation and waited at the front for 10 minutes and no one ever came to seat me. Place was mostly empty. Will not be back considering the lack of interest from staff for business.

Really unexpectedly excellent food, great service, will definitely go back. I asked for gluten/dairy free and they brought alternative toast and cheese, was especially surprised on the latter. Excited for places like this in Longmont.

Came in for lunch this weekend based on a recommendation, and Red Cedar Bistro did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and engaging, lunch was delicious, and the restaurant was very welcoming. We will be back!

This place was fantastic! We enjoyed a filet mignon with a black pepper sauce, and our waiter from New York was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our kids' meals were delicious too. I'm definitely looking forward to returning. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Beautiful Valentines dinner last night. Amazing food. We did the wine pairings and were very impressed with the wine selections and how well they paired with our food. Portions were generous! Service was excellent! We will definitely be back for another wonderful meal!

Really disappointing! Even with a reservation, and the restaurant only 1/3 full, we were stuck in a booth by the kitchen - noisy, drafty, and cold enough that my wife wore her coat the whole time. The house wine was so-so. My Ceasar salad was chopped-up Romaine with no grated cheese or anchovies, virtually no dressing, four(!) croutons, and one tiny cherry tomato sliced in half. One third of my wife's tiny arugula salad was wilted and should never have been served. The falafels were good. My medium-rare steak was virtually raw in the middle, and so tough that I couldn't cut through a third of it even with the steak knife that arrived five minutes after the steak. My wife's soup of the day had a strong, strange after-taste that neither of us could identify or eat; thankfully, the server only charged us for half of it. But dang - really high hopes were completely dashed. We won't be back.

Definitely not what expected! Overrated as presented. Salad was wilted, old. Wine, way overpriced per glass and bottle, and drinks. Foods we selected not even close to Mediterranean. Charging a ridiculous amount for a piece of bread that was presented as it was shipped from the Mediterranean, and then asking if we wanted 1 or 2 pieces. We were all disappointed.
Also for the amount of money being charged at the restaurant, people presentation, dress code should apply.
The Restaurant itself was ice inside. Lesson learned!!!
I gave it a 2 star due to inside of restaurant is nice.

What a hidden GEM! The food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I are from the East Coast and I also come from a southern Italian family. We both agree that this was the best food we’ve have had in our 10 years living in Colorado. Mixing flavors and dishes from regions all around the Mediterranean created some of the most fresh and mouth watering dishes. From Spanish goat cheese bruschetta with lavendar honey and chorizo (real chorizo) to the BEST falafel sandwich I’ve ever had. My husband had a farm to table bison dish that he couldn’t stop making noises over (you know mmmm good, oh my god so good lol). The owner was so friendly and the wait staff belonged in a fine dining restaurant, excellent knowledge and service. High recommend for a date night, guests in town (especially if you’re from the East Coast) or just a simple lunch. This place is phenomenal.
