Great location, great food, onion rings and fries hot and fresh!!! Yuuummmmy!!! Great service, kept our table clean….my favorite RR location!

We had a great dinner tonight out with the family. Serous server Riley was fun, attentive and took great care of us..Bottomless root beer floats were a hit!

Today, great service (Farrah), good food (for bar food), and acceptable ambiance. Having healthier food choices would have been excellent.

We loved the server me and my friends came just for a little lunch and she was super sweet, her name is Sky she was really quick and friendly as well.

Burger was overcooked twice and it took 15 minutes to receive our drinks and 20 minutes to receive our food. Worst burger experience this side of the Mississippi. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog.

It has been a long time since a bad review. Unfortunately this pizza that was handed to me looked like it was dropped on the floor at noon. Then gathered and thrown in a box, while someone thought it was reasonable to charge the amount they did.

Was charged $2.99 "entertainment fee" - on top of $60+ check and 20% tip. I found that extra charge in the emailed receipt only when I returned back home. Contacted RR in hope it was a mistake and asked for refund. Got back phone calls/emails but never the refund.
The food/service were good.
It is worth noticing that their kiosks present the customer the tip percentage (defaulting on 20%) but they include tax into base amount for tip calculation. It appears I tip not only the restaurant but the state/city too. I wonder do they pass that portion of the tip to the state along with the sales tax collected or they just keep it?

We went in for lunch at 11:05 the hostess/waiter took forever to come see us when we placed our order. We got two hamburgers and pretzel bites. The pretzel bites came out twice burnt.

Food was good, service was excellent
However it seemed a bit dirty. The electronic payment device on the table looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month and the whole place felt dingy.

Small amount of meat, large amount of breaded coating. Waiter couldn't remember to fill water glasses.

Food was good as usual but they are really getting chincy on their bottomless fries.

I got the double cheeseburger here. It wasn't bad. Could have used more seasoning though. The meat was a little dry. Bottomless fries are great though!
