Food was good. Chicken fried steak was seasoned well... but overall the food wasnt mind-blowing enough to be worth the wait in my honest opinion. Took 2 hours between start to finish and only about 10-15mins of that time was eating.

Restaurant opens at 7:00 a.m. and we were there at 7:15. Had to put our names on a waiting list because seating was already full. Wait time for a table was roughly 30 to 40 minutes. After ordering the food took 20 to 30 minutes to be served. My scrambled egg dish came out at barely room temperature. On a positive note, in spite of the restaurant being completely full, the servers were very attentive and easy to get a hold of.

I used to eat lunch here every Tuesday with my coworkers and one of our vendors. The food was always delicious and the service was top notch. Pam was the best waitress in Colorado! she always knew everyone's name and what they were going to order. Most of us ordered the same thing many times. We went there before I retired and moved to Florida and Pam gave me a hug and was so sweet. The owner is a great person as is his daughter who helps run the joint.

I found my favorite ever hamburger!! The breakfast hamburger with an over easy egg, fries and their green chili (I did mild). It was sloppy and done to perfection! My husband had their rueben and loved it! We could only eat half of our orders but it was worth it. I'm having the rest for dinner. Will return very soon. ?????????
