Strange vibe from the owner at the host stand, who seemed vaguely annoyed we wanted to be seated before people whose reservation was 30 min after ours? And that we care more about that than about the mechanics of running the restaurant, which are, you know, her problem not ours... maybe she could resolve not wanting to double seat a waitress by taking our drink order herself or something like that (not to mention or by not seating parties out of order). Interestingly this mistake originated because she jumped in without checking with the actual host who had stepped away just for one second to check if our table was ready, when that other party came in. Cold in the covered addition (near the window, in the winter but still). Out of burrata, arugula, chocolate cake. Everything slow to come out. Entrees actually quite good! But unfortunately everything else was kinda a pain.
First time here, it is a great venue, in an old house, but very well done. The food and drinks were top-notch. Service was amazing. A great date night or small group dinner place!
Both surf and turf are divine here! Best crab cake and scallops I've found in CO. We have now sampled 7 different specialty martinis and each one is unique and delightful. Waiter Adam is knowledgeable, friendly, and laid back. He is the kind of server who REMEMBERS patrons from one visit to the next, which is hard to find anymore. We adore Martinis!
A perfect relaxing evening. The atmosphere and food was great. Dustin our waiter took care of all our needs with a smile. Favorite restaurant in Longmont!
I love Martinis Bistro!! It is my go to for any occasion, the food is always good, the drinks even better!! I highly recommend their happy hour menu but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. For appetizers, I particularly like the buffalo cauliflower and the steak skewers. For main courses, any steak or short rib offering is fantastic and their salads are wonderful as well. Last night, I had a wedge salad, cauliflower, and steak skewers as well as the flourless chocolate cake and it was all delicious!!
The food and everything was wonderful. The atmosphere was fabulous. And the staff was awesome as well. We were very impressed.
I really wanted to love Martini's and the food was actually amazing. I was disappointed over the fact that they ran out of the restaurant week menu and out of the bottle of wine I ordered, but I get it and that is not what makes me give this place a lower rating, thought it would have only gotten 4 stars in my opinion because of this. What bothered me is that we made a reservation and annotated that it was for our anniversary. We then got placed in a room where there were two large parties occurring. It was so loud that my partner and I literally could not have a conversation with each other. I am not sure why anyone thought it was a good idea to put single tables of 2 in this room. I would have preferred for there to be no reservations available. To be expecting a somewhat quaint, special occasion meal and to not even be able to hear your server was just too much and very frustrating considering the cost of the meal.
Food is always good. Red alert is awesome. Staff is great minus 1 or 2

Love this place! Favorite in town. Great staff, first and foremost, attentive, friendly, and accurate. Great menu and very accommodating for a vegetarian. Can make tons vegetarian by removing an item and adding impossible meat(gyros, burgers, quesadillas, salads just to name a few) plus a few veg staples, risotto, caprese sandwich and the BEST beer cheese soup. For non veg they have great burgers, sandwiches (hubby loved the Reuben says best in town, and chicken cordon bleu to name just 2)
Staff knows ingredients and also can make gluten free suggestions.
Great place to watch a game, bunch tvs. 2 arcade spots for the kids and a quieter restaurant connected called the Pumphouse if you want less noise.
Great beer selection which has staples, rotations and a ton of guest beers in cans/bottles.
