By far the best pizza in town. Vibes, impeccable. Staff, top notch. Food, delicious. I'd recommend this to my worst enemy, and it would probably make us friends. James and Amy changed the game in Longmont with this East Coast pizza.

We had an 18 inch pizza and salads. The pizza was big enough for 4 adults to share. The pizza crust was d-lish, NY you have a rival in Longmont CO.

We chose Rosalee's pizzeria from previous Google reviews and they did not disappoint.
Ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza the sauce could have used a bit more garlic but over all it was great.
Our server was friendly and attentive even though they were busy we never waited for drink refills.
Being busy they offered a few options for seating outside, on a couch or at a community table. We opted for the community table which was large enough to still have a private conversation.
Next time we are in Longmont we will be in again.

This place is amazing. I’m no Dave Portnoy but this is by far the best NY style pizza I have ever had. If I was Dave, I’d rate it 8.9. If you’re in the area and looking for a great pizza place, this is 100% what you’re looking for. I’ll def be making the drive up from Denver to come here again!

I love the NY style crust at Rosalee's, it's super thin and crispy. The happy hour slice is a great deal and they have great specialty pies. The Soppressata & Basil is probably my favorite.

I wrote an honest review on Rosalee’s instagram about several negative incidents regarding customer service, and the owner threw a 5 paragraph temper tantrum in response, and a few hours later blocked me 🤣🤣🤣 The pizza is pretty good, 6.5-7/10, decent prices.. but the staff and owner have such bad attitudes and could absolutely care less about customer service that I can’t bring myself to go back, even though there’s not a lot of great options in Longmont.. It’s that bad
