Best authentic Peruvian food in Colorado! Excellent flavors, fresh ingredients, something for everyone, and food is always consistently delicious! Their piscos and desserts are top notch. Diana is always so attentive and so is everyone else there! We love Rosario’s!

Holy cow, this place is awesome! Wide variety of dishes to choose from and a lot of flavors that I haven't had before, which I love as a foodie. I was even surprised by how good the rice tasted (was seasoned with chicken stock and other spices I could t quite identify).

Our waitress was extremely friendly and fun to talk to as well.

I would highly recommend checking this place out. I'm definitely coming back soon to try out more of their menu!

The food is off the charts! One of the best meals we had in Colorado. Authentic, delicious and perfectly cooked. And the atmosphere is beautiful, stylish and cute and very clean, and the salsa music added to the great atmosphere. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because the waitress officious and not friendly, except in a fake kind of way. That said, I would completely recommend coming here, and just hope that you have a different waitress. Enjoy!

The food is delicious and the service fenominal. You will find flavors here that are unique and avalible nowhere else in longmont. The presentation of the dishs is beautiful. A must try.

Stephany was our server and she was the sweetest and amazing server. She educated us on the food and showed caring and attentive customer service. The food was great.

This place should be packed wall to wall all day. Amazing food! The chef is fantastic. Service was great. You won't regret coming in.
