We went in last night half hour before they closed. They were too busy cleaning to even try to take our order. When they did take our order, they let us get through the complete order before they told us they didn’t have any food prepared to sell us as all the kitchen lights were turned off and all the young kids were screwing around in the back. Guess where we won’t be going anymore I’d rather drive to Loveland Runza where you always get good service

I heard about Runza in a Tim Walz video when he was in Nebraska, saw there were a couple locations nearby and decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did and will be returning. I wish there were more locations further south.

I will drive right past this Runza to go to Loveland's Runza. The food in Longmont is inferior to Loveland or any of the other Runza's in Nebraska and Iowa (I have been to several). and now the "small" sized drink looks like a kiddie size, but it still is same price as the previous small size. The fries are either raw or burnt and always too salty.

Have eaten at Runza in the past and have always been vey impressed with service and more than satisfied with the food. Last visit not so much. Service while very average, my double burger was very lackluster. Bun was definitely not fresh, condiments almost none existing and taste, well, not even there. Understanding it could be a one-off experience, it will be a while before eating there again, if at all.
Door was still locked at 1048, floors very sticky, the runzas are cut open so far they’re falling apart, and I found a piece of blue sponge or rag in my Runza as well as a hair in my onion ring. I noticed the folks making the food in back had no gloves or hair nets either.

Runza is our favorite place to go to on trips. Delicious food. Service here is amazing. Personable and friendly and efficient. The Runzas are tasty. My brother tried the cheeseburger and said that was good too.
