Food, in their defense the refrigeration system is being replaced this day 1/12/24. We shopped in this store today and on the way in to the store we noticed refrigerator mechanics in the parking lot. The entire store smelled like an open air food market, stinky, fishy and old. We might not shop here again with other options in the area.

I went to the Starbucks in Safeway was very clean. Very nice looking. Everyone was very kind to me even when I was looking for a restroom and then I went to Starbucks and I asked for a recommendation for a Christmas drink and the recommended one it was very delicious. It was very good I very much recommend to Starbucks to everyone.

Was going through the self checkout around 4pm on 10/27 and a "manager" named Anthony was loudly talking about going and taking a gun to shoot up a bowling alley. I know he was referring to the recent tragedy in Maine and attempting to illustrate how messed up the world is, but that is not the type of thing to joke/speak about to customers anywhere, but ESPECIALLY at a grocery store in Boulder. This happened in front of another "manager" who said/did nothing. Would recommend avoiding interacting with the staff in any capacity if this is who Safeway employs.

Nice surprise at this store compared to another city, another state. I found this store organized, the customer serve was agreeably helpful, no problem finding employee, it is clean, well stocked & aisles easy to navigate, the meat counter servers are very agreeable. Checking out I commented not being able to find product & was lead right to it by cashier - amazingly helpful! Reminded me of the Safeway of decades ago. Compliments to management at this specific location. The pharmacy was a pleasant surprise also, helpful, congenial. I hope this good find remains as such.

I'm just going to throw this out there now I'm not on any kind of social media I refuse to be I don't want to be on any social media so if I'm supposed to get a hold of you guys via Facebook it's not going to happen all I got to say is clean up the poopy in your bathrooms thank you that's pretty gross and to boot oh never mind I'm not going to go there either

I was able to get a veggie tray at the last minute!! This Safeway saved me after another store left me high and dry at the very last minute. My store will be Safeway from now on!!

Very impressed and a pleasure to have been helped by the older lady working at the meat counter at 4:00pm on 11/23/2021. Was very friendly, gave me some cooking instruction advise/tips. I left happy having dealt with her. Hope management sees this and gives her some credit.

The butcher here is downright rude. When I asked about Mahi Mahi, he laughed and said "no", but I drove down the street to a competitor and they had it.

This is a long time coming... back during winter '16 and January '17...I want to recognize both Carrie and Sarah! Carrie was friendly and helpful and all during that busy time of year! Sarah made a birthday cake for my daughter, happily going out of her way to make sure we were so pleased with our custom design. Thank you!!
