I got pho, shrimp tempura and spring rolls with a side of chili oil. Everything was as I expected with a tasty broth and the chili oil was what made me happy. If you love spice ask for a side of chili oil to dunk your food in. Mmm

I’ve actually been to Vietnam, and Saigon Express is as authentic as it gets. Even ordering nước bầu here feels like being back there. It’s family-run, consistent, and always fresh. I don’t hand out five stars lightly—I’m ranked in the top 10–20% of reviewers not because I post a lot, but because my reviews mean something. And this place absolutely earns it

If you like good food, this place is good. If you’re hungry, eat elsewhere. We DoorDashed and got half of a portion for full price. Very disappointing.

Ordered pho and received pad thai. Pad Thai was very fishy tasting. Tried to contact restaurant about my order being incorrect but there is no phone number listed. Tried using the chat feature via Google and it didn’t work.

Mongolian beef over crispy noodles with a small bowl of fried rice was fine. No problems with restaurant cleanliness.

But they don't have unlimited soft drink refills, declaring that two glasses was enough since I had no ice. But in Colorado with its thinner air, people are advised to drink plenty of liquids.

Their electronic tablet asks for tip up-front before food is served. How can I know before any service?

Ordered pho but received someone else's order instead. They replaced it fast with no problems! The soursop boba was fantastic.

The food is very good and the service is excellent.

I ordered many items recently including wonton soup. They sent a container with yellow water. NOTHING ELSE WAS IN IT! I called to complain and they just made excuses. What was delivered was NOT what was represented on their web site. Shame, I liked them from past orders. This was just unacceptable. I added the pics to my yelp review
