This place was starting to be our breakfast burritos for every morning but one time could change everything my son got a big dark hair on his burrito he took a bite n the hair came with it that’s disgusting iam doing this review so the manager or owner check there employees so it doesn’t happen again specially on a child

This morning I ordered through the drive-through 1 bean and cheese burrito with half and half chili, and 1 bean and cheese burrito with hot chili. Both burritos had JUST beans, hardly any cheese, and chili was missing.. I opened the burrito and found only beans and one sprinkle of cheese at the bottom…very disappointed.. 😔

I totally messed up my one order at Santiago's( my fault) completely. They were so understanding and redid my order at no extra charge. Stellar customer service! Great food. Good people . Gregg you Rock.

Haven't been there in quite a while. I loved going there for their chilli rellenos. Real chillis stuffed with cheese batter dipped and fried. Imagine my dismay when I got home to find two fried eggroll wrappers that didn't even contain a full chilli. It was chopped chillis and cheese wrapped up and fried. Clearly seems like a mass produced cost savings for them but cheap and horrible. So disappointed! Won't be going back again any time soon. Super sad.
