Was cruising through longmont when I decided we needed sandwiches for lunch. A good sandwich is hard to find these days so I was happy to find a Silver mine on our route. Service was fast, food was perfect. They have the good ice!!! It was a wonderful experience.

Overcharged for meal that I ordered did not receive my second dessert the restaurant stunk really bad the guy that was taking orders was sitting by the cash register eating while handling food disgusting very disappointed will never order again

I go to Silvermine about twice a week for lunch. Anita is so kind and courteous! Shes always upbeat and has a great rendly attitude towards the customers. They make the best sandwiches! She is usually there by herself keeping the delivery drivers busy and are just as fast as Jimmy John's and a lot more affordable. Their food is always fresh and Consistent in quality.

quality has been falling for the last few years. bread is stale, ingredients seem old, veggies are a bit "off". this last time I couldn't bring myself to finish the food, something was just wrong with it and I couldn't put my finger on it. also, they added a TV with classic shows like leave it to beaver playing way too loud completely ruining what little atmosphere they had.

Miss Anita is amazing always happy, and conversive. you can tell she actually cares and want's to know how your day is. Not just stuck on auto pilot. And the younger gentleman who was working was the same caring demeanor.
This place has gone way down hill! Was very excited to try it again and this time around it was beyond awful! Sandwhich was wrong order and came out cold, bread literally tasted like chemicals, my family didn’t even eat it and when we went to tell the cashier, he called his boss but she didn’t want to refund our money. $60 for food that was completely inedible. Disgusting. This place needs to be shut down. Bathrooms were gross as well. Beware!

Dislike the auto tip set up when paying with a credit card in the store. Just add a button saying no tip so you don't have to explain to everyone that comes in constantly.
