Very clean excellent staff convenient location handicap accessable subs/other dishes way better than subway no comparison I travel extra 20 miles just so I can enjoy my meal in a clean easy to get to establishment.. check it out for yourself tell me what you think 5 stars easily Comparable pricing I absolutely love it

Placed an order for delivery. Owner called and said it was going to be late as there were deliveries across town ahead of me but that it would be there shortly. Order didn't arrive for another 30 minutes after that. Sandwhich was cold and soggy. Called back spoke with the owner who was rude and unapologetic. She said there were orders ahead of me and too bad your sandwich was soggy. Needless to say when you pay a $4.99 delivery fee and spend over $23.00 for your order, one would think they would try and compensate you and not be like oh there are other orders ahead of you. Food is soggy and unedibl. Needless to say I won't be going back. I do not suggest anyone doing business with this establishment. Such a rude owner.

I love coming to silver mines subs longmont. It's always a great experience especially when nicole is working. She makes.the best subs and she makes sure that her customers are happy. I've seen her go out of her way to help a customer either with their order suggestions or opening the door for them. She has a great attitude spunky energy laughs and talks with her customers. She makes.me feel important and that im her priority. Nicole is exactly what this store needed
Went by today at 8:30pm Lights out, door locked, and yet, someone left your folding sign out front. I tried calling to leave a message, rang and rang until someone answered just to immediately hang up. I was trying to let them know they left the sign out.
I used to love coming here, now it appears you can't even keep your new 9pm, early closing hours. I won't be back again. I'd rather drive to Loveland that's still open late.

This location is kept so clean and presentable!!! The people that work here are so beyond nice too. They brought our sandwiches over to us when they were ready and came back to ask if everything was tasting okay. More than I can say for the subway across the street.
