Ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and Parmesan knots. Both the pizza and the knots were significantly undercooked. The barbecue chicken had absolutely no barbecue flavoring or sauce to it. I ordered directly off the website, which did not give any indication the order would be fulfilled by door dash, but it was. As a result, the pizza was delivered at a temperature I could barely consider lukewarm. Additionally, fees added to the order totaled about 6.50 before tip. It’s been one of the most disappointing food delivery experiences I’ve had.

I don’t know what the heck happened, but this is NOT SmackDaddys anymore. I told myself I would give them one more try after the last time I went. This went from the best pizza in the state to one of the absolute worst. Eight months ago this was the most amazing pizza. A few months back I thought my terribly bland pizza was a mistake. When I went this past week my pizza looked burnt - hardly any sauce at all - and I couldn’t even taste the herb crust. I can’t bring myself to even finish the pizza - so I’m out 30 bucks. I will never come back. I don’t know where the original people who worked there went - they seemed like hard working college kids - but that is definitely not who is working there now. They must’ve changed management or something. The only place that’s amazing left in NoCO is Boss Lady pizza. If you liked SmackDaddys like I did and are looking for a replacement - that’s who I recommend.

Not worth the money. Not sure how they prepare the dough, or even if it is made in their kitchen, but it tastes like cardboard. Another odd thing was that it looked like they cut it, but it was not cut all the way through, and we even had a hard time just cutting the crust!! The pictures online are not true to what you really receive. We tried a few bites and threw away $55 worth of food. It was disappointing, and you are better off getting a frozen pizza from the store.

I hate to write a bad review but the pizza just wasn't good. Soggy crust with no color on it, okay toppings, overpriced. The staff were so friendly though. Really nice folks. Had a laugh with them. They are great. It's just the product that needs work

Been coming here a long time. Order was forgotten, no apologies, have to wait while they make it. So I’m sitting in the car and watch the guy handling the pizza shove his own pizza in his mouth and continue handling other food while he eats. So disgusting, will not be back

We just had two great pies delivered Halloween night; the Arthur Ave & the Mulberry Street, both were amazing. I'm still thinking about them and will order them again, yum!
It's not gourmet pizza. It's a pretty good, bit oily pizza that you eat when you're feeling like you want some junk. It may be my favorite junky pizza in longmont right now.
We wrote "vegan" on the comments (always do it as a habit) and when we picked up the guy that made our pizza said he didn't put garlic butter since we'd said vegan. I thought garlic butter was an add on with an extra charge, but just to be safe, say vegan!

This used to be the best pizza in town! Then they changed their crust style and everything else started going down hill. So bummed! I miss that thick twisted crust they used to have. I don't even know what this is now.. 😭
