We have enjoyed smack daddy in the past but this time very disappointed. Our pizza was soggy and the vegetables raw. The red onion was huge pieces like someone didn’t have time to cut them. (Previously NOT like this). We had green pepper (we don’t like) all over our pizza even though we built our own so we wouldn’t have things we couldn’t eat. The red sauce was missing entirely. We ended up throwing it away and having to go get dinner somewhere else.

He and I are both from small towns and are all about supporting local businesses. This was the best pizza and garlic knots I’ve had in quite some time. After working for a small family owned pizzeria in Monaca, Pennsylvania I am always looking for a place that comes close to them ..... after mult different tries in longmont i believe i have found it !!!! smack daddy's pizza is top notch. We got Spicy Deluxe minus bacon (dont worry i judge my bf for this too) Southern bell and kansas city with a side of mozzy sticks and raviolis !! amazing flavor, amazing crust texture, very generous on toppings, and just an over all amazing pizzeria staff included. very friendly front staff and owner !!! 10/10 recommend to everyone!!!!

Update: The owner contacted me and he wanted to correct the mistake. We ordered again tonight and the staff was great. He cares about doing business well and we were very happy with our pizzas. We’ll definitely be back.Original post: I can’t review the food because we never got it. We were excited about not only the cauliflower crust but the sourdough standard crust. We put in an order on the slice app (the way they prefer according to the website) at 8:26, it said it would be about 50 minutes to deliver which we were fine with. I checked back on status 30 minutes later and the order was cancelled. I was never notified about this. I called the store and was informed by the young man that answered that he cancelled the order shortly after I put it in and the fact that I wasn’t notified was a “software problem” and not theirs. He even offered to send me a screenshot to prove he cancelled it at 8:29. This does not help me given I was never notified that my order wasn’t being delivered soon. When I said I was dissatisfied because we were looking forward to trying their pizza for the first time and were disappointed with the process and may not be back, he said that’s unfortunate. Sad that a promising up and growing business doesn’t understand that new customers are everything to the future success of the business. Might have been my new favorite.

I don’t know how this place doesn’t have a crazy amount of reviews yet. I have to say I just ate a piece of art!! I ordered a Gluten free specialty pizza and being a picky pizza lover this has been my best!!!! We travel a lot so I’ve had many pizzas across the country but this pizzas was just something else!! Most likely will eat again before leaving town this weekend. Just go ahead and try it!

Another hidden gem in Longmont! I stumbled upon SmackDaddy and I'm so glad I did! Toppings are super fresh, tomato sauce is zesty, and best of all, sourdough crust. This has become my new, regular pizza place.Now, a year later and still a favorite! The crust - oh, the sourdough crust!! I could eat just that and be perfectly happy.
