I really like the food here, but unfortunately, the service makes it a disappointing experience. I have a gluten allergy and specifically requested gluten-free bread, but one of the sandwiches was made with wheat bread. Thankfully, I caught the mistake before leaving, or I would have gotten sick.
There was no apology, just rudeness and attitude. Even after tipping, it took another ten minutes to remake the sandwich while the staff joked around and ignored the urgency. The rest of the food was cold by the time I finally received the correct order.
For a $60 meal, I expect much better service and attention to detail. I was polite throughout, but the lack of professionalism really stood out. I won't be returning.

The lady said they where out of everything but they had only just put it away! Liar was getting ready to close today and just about ready to leave (with a couple other employees) at 7pm!!! Yall close at 8pm. I hope these employees get caught soon or the owners won't make any money. Literally trash people working here, no skills, no customer service, no respect.

Staff could use some training. Always something. Get an order wrong then give attitude. Told a catering order is being prioritized…after I ordered (30 min wait). People looking for orders and being ignored. The vibe is like the customer is an annoyance. These are tasty sandwiches but some curtesy would go a long way.

Many of the tables were dirty but the place was highly decorated for Halloween. If we hadn't had three hungry children with us, we wouldn't have stayed to eat. A few decorations for any holiday is appropriate, but it was impossible to even enjoy the meal due to all the decorations in every area of the store. Not every one observes that holiday and it was a deterrent for me to even consider returning to that location. If the staff spent as much time cleaning the front of the house as they did decorating I would have given another star for atmosphere. The food was good but a bit overpriced. It was more bread than ingredients. The staff was helpful and attentive to our order, but needed to pay more attention to cleaning.
