Many of the tables were dirty but the place was highly decorated for Halloween. If we hadn't had three hungry children with us, we wouldn't have stayed to eat. A few decorations for any holiday is appropriate, but it was impossible to even enjoy the meal due to all the decorations in every area of the store. Not every one observes that holiday and it was a deterrent for me to even consider returning to that location. If the staff spent as much time cleaning the front of the house as they did decorating I would have given another star for atmosphere. The food was good but a bit overpriced. It was more bread than ingredients. The staff was helpful and attentive to our order, but needed to pay more attention to cleaning.

I am sad to write this review, the last 9 times we have ordered from this location (including in-person & being *very* clear about my sandwich order - so, it’s not some app limitation) they have gotten it wrong 8 of those 9 times. My family actually stopped ordering here for about the past year bc of this issue but today we were craving it so I went in-person to order our sandwiches. It was wrong despite clarifying with the person “so, only what I asked for will be put on it, right?” twice. And still. Wrong. Then they remade it. Guess what? Wrong again, though not the same mistake but wrong in 2 different ways. I was frustrated as my spouse only has an hour long lunch and wanted to get her sandwich (growing cold at this point) to her so I left with the 2nd wrong sandwich. This is actually the 3rd time that the “remake” sandwich has been wrong in the last 9 times we have ordered. They’ve gotten it correct *once* on the first time. To be fair, when it’s made correctly, it’s one of the best dang sandwiches in the world. But I can’t count on them getting it correct since it’s about 10% of the time…abysmal, I couldn’t make this crap up - and I’ve never experienced this consistently incorrect food prep anywhere else. No idea what they’re smoking at this location but it’s pretty wild. Sitting here eating a wrong remake. The chicken tortilla soup is really good though! For reference, my sandwich: corned beef & Swiss w/ mayo, onion, mushrooms, sauerkraut on wheat. 8/9 times: they add 1000 island even when I explicitly say please, please, please don’t add 1000 island. 4/9 times: it’s on white instead of wheat. 1/9 times: no mushrooms. I’ve had it made correctly once on the first try. That’s just the data of my experience. What…the…hell?

Massive amount of flies at this location. I understand certain parts of the year flies can be a nusense sometimes, but this was out of control. This place needs a good DEEP cleaning! There were flies on every surface. Flies walking around the floor tiles, table tops, prep/kitchen areas. Just in the time it took to pay for my sandwich I was constantly swatting flies away from me, the register, bin of condiments. I will not be eating the sandwich I picked up.

I ordered a sandwich from Longmont, Mountain View, location. I Have ordered plenty times before. I ordered a veggie picked it up, brought it home and it like the picture below. I took it back. The guy said oh I don’t see any avocado on there, but I do see sprouts it looks like they just put the whole thing in an oven, I’ve never never had a sandwiches bad before and I’m not going back. just like the other Snarfs in town, it has precipitously fallen in quality over the last few years. the staff were all young and probably high, none of them were in the lobby till we entered and when they did take our order and cook they were clearly demotivated and uninterested. the store was filthy, all the tables covered in crumbs and spills. we tried to eat in but once we sat we were inundated with files that filled the store. the food was fair, not terrible but nothing to face the grumpy teenage staff and the filthy and uncempt interior to eat. if nothing changes they will surely close.
