How can a fast food place be so utterly slow? I ordered one food item and one drink, and I've been waiting for 30 minutes. It's 9:00PM on a Tuesday, it's not even that busy!

I am absolutely amazed how Longmont has a 64% tax rate when two large lemonade slushes should have only been 7.78 plus tax. Yet I was charged 12.15 on 6/11/25. Your employees are stealing, and I will be contacting my bank to report theft and to charge it back.

I spent 15 dollars on two SMALL blizzards with a dollar tip. The price versus the quantity of the product is Ridiculously expensive, I WILL NOT be going back rather Go to Chicfila and get a Larger portion for less Cost. Is my opinion on recommendations.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would! The employees here and their service don’t deserve any stars.! Went in on 5/15 & was rushed and treated poorly from the moment I began to order to the moment I drove away! Jadelyn should not be working here with how she treats people! Drinks shoved thru my window because “I have a line of people” good grief! Cussed at as well because I asked to see my receipt to verify the order was right. Mind you manager will hide inside and not come out to resolve the issue :) WILL NOT RETURN

Took a long time to get a two limeades and two shakes. Shakes were liquefied by the time we received our drinks. Won't return for ice cream based drinks again.
