We went through the drive through for two simple beverages and paid cash. We were the only ones in the entire line and there were no cars in the stalls. It still took us 15 minutes to get our drinks and we watched the two employees inside standing and talking after we’d already paid and they still hadn’t given us our drinks. I asked for extra ice and there was barely any ice in my drink. Then we had to literally knock on the drive through window to even get their attention to give us the drinks they had made that we could see just sitting there.

Drove from 30 minutes Boulder to get my pregnant wife a treat to satisfy her cravings, got there at 10:30 just for them to shut the lights off and not accept my order and say they are closed. She is now in tears, thanks. You guys are the worst.

On one of the busiest night of the year, Longmont cruise…. They decide to close down early. On line it says they close at 11…. But we pulled in at 10pm and they turn the lights off and says they are closed for the evening. They lost out on a LOT of business tonight….. as we stand outside, they continue to serve people through the drive threw… it’s unfortunate that they have lazy employees running this store…..

Dude in the drive thru was so high he couldn’t open his eyes. The chili cheese wrap didn’t have any chili in it, just chips. They didn’t even put the right amount of cheese in the bag. 🤦🏻♀️ it’s not that hard!
