Rude drive through staff. We ordered ahead on the app, and the barista commented that we didn’t give them enough time even though by the time we got through the drive through it had been 9 minutes since I ordered.

This is a good Starbucks location with two entry points. It has a drive-thru. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. My go-to favorite menu items: White chocolate mocha, the latte of the season, seasonal blended drinks, mini vanilla scones, chocolate chip cookie, oatmeal/rolled oats, and the berry parfait.

What happened to this place? Gradual decline this to apparently not even being able to stay open… Complete new staff, under-trained and under-staffed. Closing at random times or entire days. Online ordering commonly not accepted. It’s sad. Today was the final straw for the 1* review. A sign on the door said closing at noon - it isn’t even 11 and the doors are locked and all the lights are off. What an embarrassment of a multi-billion dollar corporation…. This is a prime location with a drive thru - their incompetence as a company is astounding.

Edit: I don't know what's happened, but this location has gone down. Last few times, staff has either been rude or my order has been wrong. Last straw: just ordered an iced chai and a hot chai, and they both turned out to be coffees. It's not that "they didn't taste right" - they were coffees. Kind of done, there are other coffee shops....

The wait time is ridiculous. I do mobile order and it will take them 15mins to make 1 drink. They don’t staff properly at all. If I do mobile order pick up thru drive through my order is sitting there and I am waiting for them to just hand it to me for over 5mins. I like Starbucks for the fast and convenience but it is not fast or convenient. I have found the staff rude and unpleasant. I have been going to this location for over 3 years and it just keeps getting worse. It was ok for a small while but they need to staff better so wait times are not 15 plus mins for 1 (very simple) drink.

Ok. Again. Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso for my 12 hour day today. Lauren, the supervisor, made my drink. I get to work only to realize, there's NO COFFEE OR ESPRESSO in my 8 dollar drink. JUST OATMILK. So, I call. Complain. Despite her reassurance that there was espresso in my drink, the pictures of just oatmilk and ice tell a different story.
Just had the most unpleasant experience at this location. The barista was rude and unprofessional. We've waited 20min for our order so my husband ask if they didn't forget about us. They said that we are the next in line and when the order was ready the barista yelled at me my order to the point that other guests had to stand up and ask why is he yelling at me. I was shocked and appalled by his behavior. It's completely unacceptable for customer facing employee to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner.

Moved away 4 yrs ago and had to come back for a visit. Remembered this location was a good Starbucks (many are not anymore) so stopped in for a latte with high hopes that it was as good as it was 4 yrs ago. Wasn't disappointed. Well done!!
