Typical starbucks
Out of Eggnog lattes every time I stopped at 2 different locations in Longmont this Christmas season. Limited time indeed! Gold card member siince 2008. No more!! DUTCH BROTHERS here i come.
They were slammed on Christmas afternoon and working super hard to get orders out! Appreciate that the staff was doing their best to handle the orders. I left a big tip and hope others did too.

I stopped by when I was having a rough day hoping for a sweet treat to lift my mood. The staff offered such kindness and made a special drink for me just for fun. I am thankful to them for brightening my day.

When the app gives you the time your order will be ready, add on another 10-15 minutes. This is also true when they’re not even busy.
I’ve tried contacting the corporate number at Starbucks and they do NOTHING.
Just go to the one on Main St or even Safeway is much faster.

I feel that this is the worst Starbucks in Longmont. I go to many of them. I get criticism a lot. I am a friendly person and I’m glad to follow rules if I know what they are. No other Starbucks seems to be as rigid as this one. They also rarely greet me when I walk in. I always say thank you as I grab my mobile order and rarely does anyone pay attention.
This past week I went in for my iced coffee and the tumbler was warm. I said i ordered iced to the barista (and it said iced on the sticker) She gave me a dirty look dumped the coffee rather aggressively and then gave it back and was snotty as she gave it to me. I had apologized for making her mad (even though it was her mistake) and still nothing. That was the last straw. It makes me sad to go in there.

I loved going here, lately the customer service has gotten bad. I went through the drive-thru, I was being so nice and I got attitude from the barista/cashier. The drinks were good tho.

Rude drive through staff. We ordered ahead on the app, and the barista commented that we didn’t give them enough time even though by the time we got through the drive through it had been 9 minutes since I ordered.
This is a good Starbucks location with two entry points. It has a drive-thru. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. My go-to favorite menu items: White chocolate mocha, the latte of the season, seasonal blended drinks, mini vanilla scones, chocolate chip cookie, oatmeal/rolled oats, and the berry parfait.

I don’t eat much food from Starbucks, but I often indulge in their Frappuccinos, which I love!!
Not a modern Starbucks, lacks laptop amenities and comfortable seating for meetings.
Union Store. I won't support the store due to subpar service. Union employees slowly destroy quality at different Starbucks. I support non-union Starbucks stores.
Dang waiting 10 minutes for a drip coffee after tipping and then have the loose lid dump it everywhere was not how I wanted to start my day
What happened to this place? Gradual decline this to apparently not even being able to stay open… Complete new staff, under-trained and under-staffed. Closing at random times or entire days. Online ordering commonly not accepted. It’s sad. Today was the final straw for the 1* review. A sign on the door said closing at noon - it isn’t even 11 and the doors are locked and all the lights are off. What an embarrassment of a multi-billion dollar corporation…. This is a prime location with a drive thru - their incompetence as a company is astounding.
