Great, warm service everytime I come inside. Latte came out perfect and timely. I feel welcome everytime I come through. I go for the connection that can’t be replaced by AI. Will stop going if that changes

I have never in my life experienced discrimination that made me feel so terrible. This Starbucks needs to train its young employees better. They have a bad attitude and don't know how to treat customers with respect. When I ordered the drink, it had no flavor. Another employee saw me and told me they would make a new one. The girl who made the drink got so mad and had a bad attitude. She didn't make a new one. Instead, she poured the old drink into a blender, blended it again, and gave it back to me. They need to train them better this is not right.

Don't place a mobile order unless you want to wait 30 minutes for 1 drink. They'll hand it to you and turn their backs. Disgusting place with rude workers. Anywheres better than a Starbucks, and cheaper. What a waste.

Let me start off by saying the employees here are very nice and professional.

I can’t get around my coffee’s being very inconsistent even with exactly what I am asking for. I am drinking my coffee driving to work and get pure syrup. I ask for 2 pumps only and stirred and still get that sometimes like it is 4+ pumps. I think this is a sign I need to get my own espresso machine.

Sorry Starbucks, I thinks it’s time we breakup this relationship. I don’t like paying 7 dollars for a coffee that angers me.

Stopped in Thanksgiving morning, so appreciate the hospitality and the workers who came in to work on a holiday. Fast friendly service, fantastic coffee and pastries. Thank you so much Starbuck’s workers. Really needed my coffee fix.

I just went yesterday my drink tasted like bad milk and my daughter came down to complain, it took 20 minutes to give it to her and I told her to get out but she waited

Right at 5pm we were told they were closed and we had to go. Which is fine since we knew they were closing and we were getting ready to pack up. But, it’s been pretty warm out, upper 90°s, so I was a bit caught back when the employee (thin, young gentleman with curly dark hair, who I can only assume was a manager of some sort as he wasn’t wearing the green apron and had some striped shirt on) denied us a cup of water before we left. We had two kiddos with us and he said “no we are already two minutes past closing”. Most Starbucks that I have been to have friendly employees but this guy was not. Just shocked that he would treat customers in that way.

Avoid this location!!!! Management and some employees extremely disrespectful towards customers, making stuff up to support their arguments. Making wrong accusations, harassing customers, and U.S Veterans. I guess poop trickles from the top....
