Stopped here for a while to kill time before a work meeting I traveled to longmont for. Ashleigh was super friendly and positive. I had just finished driving 2 hours from the springs when I walked in so the warm welcome and good service was definitely appreciated.

I stopped by to pick up an order I put in for my team this morning and managed to drop the whole thing the second I walked out the door. The crew that was working this morning was so sweet and not only remade my entire order but was so kind about the entire thing.

My barista was the sweetest! She asked me what I did for work, and when I told her I'm a dance educator, she wrote a heartwarming, dance-related message on my cup. She was so kind to the other customers in the store and very on-top of orders. The whole staff was communicating, rallying each other, and that energy was felt amongst the clients as well. Shout out to them for creating this great atmosphere and culture!

The last several times, my lattes have been short by 1-2 inches. That was a tall white mocha.

The last 3 times my orders have gotten messed up so I decided to not go to this location anymore. Went through the drive thru and they accidentally charged me $23 for one drop coffee pike roast. Over it. So go to a different location now.

Walked through the door at 6:45am, table to my right covered with boxes needing to stored, employee sitting at the same table looking at her phone. Ordered in the store, at the counter, a dark roast drip coffee, with no room and lemon loaf. Lemon loaf was as per usual, but the coffee was warm at best. How the heck is the coffee just warm at 6:45am? No sipping required! Didn’t realize it until I had driven out of the parking lot. No time to return for a correction. New manager suggested.

The owner of this establishment has decided to join the local constituent of Tesla haters/ragers and has positioned multiple sprinklers to spray on a whole bank of superchargers. They not only get people wet, but has caused at least one charger to get stuck in my car and have to be emergency released, which caused a spark.

The grass is as green as it will ever get, and this is clearly pettiness.

I don’t know why they are all so stressed out but I think that’s why it takes 25 minutes to get a cold brew nitro which is just poured from tap. I even got the sandwich within 6 minutes. I had to leave without the coffee because I was already late.

Great, warm service everytime I come inside. Latte came out perfect and timely. I feel welcome everytime I come through. I go for the connection that can’t be replaced by AI. Will stop going if that changes
