Definitely an OK Starbucks off the side of two busy local highways but easy enough to get back on if you are lucky to get a kind truck driver willing to let you in. Staffing in the store was somewhat a problem, some dispute among themselves (3 baristas) causing discussion that slowed the prep of drinks for the few (just 2) customers. A much emptier place than I would ever see in Boulder, yet they sort of forgot about my drink string under the machine with shots in the cup and not finishing the drink. When they noticed me still standing at the pick up bar they did apologize and finish the drink and it tasted just fine. If I'm in Longmont again and need a Starbucks stop, I will go a bit out of my way if necessary, to the Hover St location where I always have had great service.

Ordered 2 drinks inside. Sat down and waited for a name to be called. I waited for 3-4 min No name was called. 3 people on shift and they are enjoying their drinks. So I walk to the end and one drink is ready and they look at me and ask what do you need. Really people. Get your s*** together

I don't know why starbucks burns their beans. Every location I go to, I hope the quality of the coffee is better than the last. It's come to a point where I have to get extra sweetener to mask the taste of burnt coffee beans. It's disgusting. Unfortunately, I live 2 minutes away from a starbucks and when I don't have time to make coffee at home, I have to go here. I have seen other people say the same thing. Stop burning your beans!!

Management has no idea what is going on with its partners and has shown little to no desire to improve upon its service model, instead only deciding to make it worse for these wonderfully kind Longmont patrons who deserve kinder baristas than any of the managers at Ken Pratt. One manager is solid, but others have a lot to be desired such as Kimmi. Her treatment of both the staff and customers is not okay and needs to be immediately terminated from her shift supervisor position as my girlfriend can't even be treated with kindness ordering a simple Carmel mocha. Starbucks used to be a company I supported and loved, but with them acting against their standards in the worst way has made me change my mind. The night staff of Jade and Jackie are the best and need to run this store toward a better future than this.

Doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered a strawberry smoothie which is on the online menu and I have been able to order at every other Starbucks. All the girl could say was "huh?" And argued they do not have a smoothie. She was extremely rude and insisted she was right so I pulled up the menu on my phone and when we got to the window we told her they do have a smoothie. All she could say in her rudest voice was "no we do not." Try learning your menu you brainless morons!

Very unexceptable the uncleanliness of the inside of this Starbucks. The whole place needs a serious cleaning. Does anyone Ever sweep the floor? Or clean window frames? Etc....

Wicked negative experience with Kimmie @ the counter. Rushed, wrong sized drinks, unfriendly tone, no interest in the customer. And no one was behind us to require a rush. Watched us get our drinks, looked away. Parking lot layout and limitations created chaos with at least 5 cars. Bring back the previous staff.
