The staff is described as kind, funny, and super great, with some baristas speaking both English and Spanish. One is noted for having a heavy New York accent. They always get orders correct and are very kind, even offering puppucinos for dogs. The coffee is delicious and customers never really leave disappointed. However, they often mess up online orders, making things iced when hot is ordered and vice versa. Seating is limited and mostly close to the door, which can be cold. There was an incident where a customer waiting for a meeting was asked to leave for not purchasing something, despite explaining the situation.
