I had the most AWFUL experience with one of their employees. She was nothing but rude to me, assumed my race, they threw my food instead of handing it to me and had terrible customer service all around. I will not be coming back until galt is fired😡😡

Came the day after Christmas. Rude grinch girl with glasses in the window. You cut my husband off and were rude and unjolly to look at. Get over it. I have to work today too. Go cry. Learn customer service. Pace is better. 8:50am.

Order 4 items and they accidentally handed my mocha frap out the drive through. No big deal, they try ti give me the one for the drive through...
I wanted an extra shot of espresso... they didn't... I watched mine be handed out with nice chocolate drizzle, the one they gave me had none...
The lady threw a fit, demanded it was the same and basically refused to make another without making a scene with the rest of the store!!! I just took the one I didn't want to defuse the situation 🙃 it sucked and I didn't even drink half of it! Extremely disappointed and will never return to this location!!!

This is my favorite Starbucks in town to go to. And today I realized that the girl with the long dark braid in her hair just about every time I see her is wonderful. I'm not great with names but every time I really especially like my drink, she's the one who made it. Also, she's very knowledgeable and friendly and just really genuine. She makes me want to come back to the Starbucks she is a great employee I'm sure there are others I just have noticed my experiences with her because they truly go above and beyond. I will pay attention to her name next time and add it to this post

The drinks are great but there is this young girl working on the drive thru that could be a little nicer to customers. She never says hello and never says goodbye, just hands the drinks in a rude manner. I work in retail and I would never treat my customers this way.

The entire staff is amazing. They all take the time to learn their regulars and their drinks. Are super helpful and always greet everyone as they walk in the door. Marina is so sweet and she cares about her employees, Sami is the best barista ever, luke and noah are so funny. Hailey has the best smile and is always so happy to make everyones day better. The whole staff is top tier. I definitely reccomend this store over all others.
