I have ordered a Venti iced Dubai chocolate mocha and they have messed up my order three times given me a Matcha they need to be reading their labels correctly every time they receive an order
Good starbucks in a convenient location. They often mess up my online orders, making things iced when I order hot and vice versa. Im usually in too much of a hurry to have them correct it. But line moves fast, and staff is friendly.

Apparently you are not allowed to use the bathroom before you order your coffee at the Main Street Starbucks and staff is
very rude about it. What has our town become when we have to lock customers out of the bathroom. So after I ordered my coffe I was faced with the decision to leave a tip or not 🤔. Easy decision! Oh ya, no vegan options for food. And yes, I did leave additional information and contact details on your contact me page. I sure hope Starbucks reaches out for more information about my experience.

There wasn't a lot of places to sit with most of them being pretty close to the door freezing me every time it opened I was immediately approached and asked to leave if I wasn't going to buy something. Even though that I was there for a meeting. I told them I've had enough coffee and there's nothing I can eat here without dying and she insisted that I leave if I wasn't going to purchase something and I said I am waiting for somebody Miss... I had to tell her twice

I was disappointed with my recent visit. I placed an order for a venti matcha latte with strawberry cold foam at the drive-thru. The barista, Iris, handed me a grande. When I kindly let her know it was the wrong size, she repeatedly and condescendingly told me, 'Um, no girl, you ordered a grande.' This unprofessional and confrontational response, along with her dismissive tone and inappropriate use of 'girl,' made for a very negative customer experience. I believe additional customer service training is needed.

The young lady that served me was soooo kind and friendly. I dont remember her name but i was there shortly before 10am on August 13th. Girl deserves a raise and a promotion. I haven't gotten that level of customer service at a SB maybe ever.
