Unfortunately, almost every time I've gone to this location, they come how managed to mess up my order.I would end up having to drive a bit further to 17th&Hover just so they could get my order correct.Friendly staff but not able to get a single order right over the 3 year span I was going to this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Came through this morning to use a bogo coupon I had received on my app. When I got the the window they were having card reader issues so I handed her my phone and my card to pay for the one drink and told her I had the coupon and that it was up. She came back telling she that the coupon was only for after 12pm, which is a lie. I told her it does not say that, but she ran my card for both instead of coming back and asking if that was alright since she wasn't able to use the coupon. I only went because I had a coupon. The girl was rude about it and wrong at that she just had to type in the discount code. I called and asked to speak to the manager to address to poor communication skills and the issue that need to be addressed. You could clearly tell she did not care about "making the moment right" or even what I had to say. She was just letting me there isnt alot of communication around the coupons. When all they have to do is read the discribtion under it. This location is constantly rude and making drinks wrong and the fact that even the manager doesn't care says it all.

I was a little disappointed with my coffee this morning, I order a venti caramel Brule latte and it was about 3/4 full with out wipe cream.

The service here is excellent. Whenever I place a pickup order with or without food, it's always ready on-time when I come in. The baristas are super sweet, almost always greet me with a "good morning" and a "thank you" when I leave. Keep up the great work barista baddies

Very non connection unfriendly starbucks. The 2 girls who got my drink was unfriendly and didn't even apologize for my screwed up order. I felt like I was an inconvenience. The other girl, 3rd person in drive thru seem to be the only friendly person here today.
