this morning I ordered a venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with pumpkin cream cold foam and I'm not sure what the heck happened but it tasted so bad. The cold foam didn't even taste flavorful at all and tasted no brown sugar. I spent almost 10 bucks on a drink I couldn't even drink.

Best Starbucks in in town. Dr Chai is the master. Not only for the perfect drink but they always put a smile on your face. My go to place for coffee and chai. Never feel unwelcomed.

I ordered ahead on the app, and waited a good 10 minutes before going in for my drink,PRIOR to doing my shopping. 1 (rude) person working(on a Friday morning), and very busy. After waiting another 10 minutes, still no drink even on the horizon...I asked if I could cancel my order,since she had not even started my drink? She said , "You have to use the Yap." I said use the what?? She said, "I said the APP!!!" then threw the cup with my sticker on it across the floor, and just ignored me. I never recieved the drink I paid for, and have yet to be refunded or get a response from corporate...Generally the regular morning guy is REAL friendly, and able to do his job kindly.

Love the King Soopers that this shop is in but do not come to this Starbucks. The one time I did, the staff was very rude!!

I was told I couldn't use my starbucks app, and lost out on a little over 40 points. Then I was given a watered down lemonade, to which I was told that the company is telling employees to add water to light ice drinks to save money. I visit Starbucks a couple of times a week and have never heard that. Last time I go here.
