I was very disappointed with associate Denise’s customer service when I went in earlier this morning. She appeared to be very upset when taking our drink order, (which unfortunately was taken down and made incorrectly) she then proceeded to speak to me and my friend in a very condescending tone which resulted in her anxiety to rise. Now I do understand we are in a pandemic and staff workers are struggling but that is not reason to make your customers feel like garbage when trying to order a drink. horrible service and we will not be returning

The Barista did not know what or how to make a blended strawberry lemonade. Quite disappointing on a hot summer day. Tried to convince that a strawberry Açaí lemonade was the same thing. It was not. Besides this issue, the service was quick and the drink was a decent alternative to what I truly wanted.

Meh, I think that this whole chain is honestly extremely overrated and expensive. Yet, that truth won't stop people from coming here so what-are-ya-gonna-do...ya know? live and let live, right? hahaha. whatever man, truth is, sometimes I even come here, I won't even try and deny that... it's not in my best judgement whenever I do, but even I slip up, and it does happen from time to time that I end up in a Starbucks buying some random girly sugary caffenaited beverage...

I really like their Chai. I don't like their prices. They've turned coffee into a brand and then sell it like designer jeans. Every size should go down a dollar
