First of all as with any constructive criticism the atmosphere is immaculate, there seemed to be ample staff and they were civil. On the back end of the experience it took over ten minutes to be served...the wrong drink. I normally don't issue complaints but this one is warrented: it's not the first time that it has happened. I lost track of the number...but oh well civil, am I right...and certainly not prone to discrimination. I don't know why I always tip them.

The offer for a free drink for your birthday lasts only for that day. Most other places have it up for a month. This is rediculous.

The staff at this Starbucks in Longmont are generally friendly and attentive. Despite the occasional rush hour queues, they manage to maintain a sense of efficiency and professionalism. They also take the time to engage in small talk, creating a welcoming environment for patrons to feel at ease.

Don’t show up here expecting to get a drink unless you have a mobile order. If you order in cafe, you’ll wait upwards of a half hour before they make your drink.

They've always been super nice and hard working every time I come I but it's a little annoying that they can't accept tips as someone who's been working in the service industry for years it's baffling that an amazing company wouldnt allow their employees to accept tips

My biggest complaint about this store are the Baristas. The girls that work during the morning and afternoon are pretty lackluster with customer service and have a pissy attitude. It's difficult to even place an order because they're so aloof and distracted. One of those places where you have to initiate the conversation or the order. Really pathetic. For whatever reason, the outside seating is usually covered with bugs. Never really had that problem at a store before. Kind of a nasty little Starbucks I would recommend going elsewhere

Courtney Christman and Lauren Taylor are the best Baristas I've seen at this location they're very business-oriented and take care of their customers... we would just like a better way to show our appreciation in the way of money tips anything of that nature thank you we appreciate you have a blessed day

The older morning lady on Monday is very rude! I asked for a blonde Americano, she said we don't have blonde. So I asked for regular Espresso, she asked if I wanted it cold in a rude manner. I have never been asked that. I asked for a spoon to stir my coffee before she made it and she said very rude YES SIR.. if I wasn't with my wife I would have left right away. I continue to shop ahead of my wife and when my wife brought my americano she said I frustrated the worker all because I asked for a spoon. I will not be ordering coffee from this place again. Learn how to treat customers.

I was very disappointed with associate Denise’s customer service when I went in earlier this morning. She appeared to be very upset when taking our drink order, (which unfortunately was taken down and made incorrectly) she then proceeded to speak to me and my friend in a very condescending tone which resulted in her anxiety to rise. Now I do understand we are in a pandemic and staff workers are struggling but that is not reason to make your customers feel like garbage when trying to order a drink. horrible service and we will not be returning

This Starbucks is horrible! They never have what I want to order. I tried to use the rewards app that is connected to my form of pay and they don't have the scanner needed to scan the app. I've been there 3-4 times and have been disappointed every time.
