Just went through the drive-through at the Hoover location... cashier charged another customers credit card, manager came over and made the comment that they’re not gonna charge me because of the debacle. The cashier then said “NO it’s four drinks!!! I appreciated the offer of the manager I greatly did not appreciate the cashier. Not because I didn’t get free coffee, it was her error, and very common in business to make a concession for such a blunder. It’s been years...read full review
