It's been remodeled, Seating was eliminated. They no longer put out Grounds for Gardens. There's no reason to come here anymore.

Quite rude baristas today. I definitely don’t recommend tipping them for such snotty behavior. If they dislike working then find a different job, don’t take it out on paying customers. No respect.

Employees were very nice and I could hear them encouraging a new team member about a close they did recently or something of that nature — put me in a good mood.

I've been going here forever. The employees are always so nice and friendly here. They definitely should be paid tons more. The only thing for Starbucks in general is they add WAYY too much ice into everything, which unfortunately takes away from the otherwise great flavor.

The service that l had this morning was beyond excellent, super comprehensive even tho l made a mistake ordering and that person made me what l wanted even tho it wasn’t a drink that starbucks make anymore. their name was Dawn but the whole staff was amazing this morning ( 6/18/2024 )

This poor location gets a bad reputation because people mistake it for the Starbucks across the street! This location is located INSIDE SAFEWAY.This is my favorite Starbucks location. Service is always friendly and fast and I swear the drinks taste better.They post a favorite drink on a sign located by where you order, TRY IT! It is delicious!

Save yourself the time and just drive to the Starbucks inside safeway right across the street or go to the one on main. They always get my order wrong here not to mention they still get mad when you ask them to fix it and the cashiers always have an attitude. For almost $9 a coffee they should at least give the customer what theyre asking for

I want to say THANK YOU to the sweet lady at Starbucks working the morning of October 24. I asked her if she could write a nice note on my drink because I was taking a huge exam and she wrote the sweetest notes on it. Thank you for being so sweet- I passed!!!!

I’ve been to this location numerous times and a frequent Starbucks fan. This morning I tried to purchase the drinks in the car behind me the girl at the window said, “I would appreciate if you didn’t do that unless you know them.” She argued with me saying it got confusing for her. I have done this numerous times are various places and never had someone refuse me to do that. The manager came over and was rude and let me do it. I will not be returning to this location and potentially to this company as a whole. There are far better coffee shops around Longmont.

Went in at 8:30 on a Monday night and they were closed. The hours posted on Starbucks website and on Yelp say 9:00pm. What gives?!? We drove 25 minutes out of our way for zilch.
