Starbucks

Starbucks has been my preference for consistent, intense flavor drip coffee. No more. The use of automatic machines produces watered down, flavorless coffee.
The service was great.

It is unacceptable to have to wait close to a minute for the barista to finish what they're doing on their phone before they look up and ask me what I'd like. If it was important, any acknowledgement would have been nice. It felt very disrespectful.

I wanted to thank you again for your amazing customer service for the IDD community. You were patient and kind and it was greatly appreciated. Not everyone is able to be so on top and speaks volumes of who you are as a employee and person.

Love the people here they're amazing. Always have a good experience.

Hair in coffee. It’s really starting to get bad. Changing to Ziggis. At least they’re not pro Hamas and proud like the one worker

Worst service ever from a Starbucks. I'll never go back to any Starbucks because of them.

I did not eat. But coffee is always good.

This place is going downhill. Routinely forgetting items on mobile last few times. Starbucks app was down nationwide this morning, so I know that no mobile orders were going through. Watched four people that walked in and order at the counter (last of whom arrived ten minutes after me) get their drinks while waiting for mine. When I politely pointed this out to the barista, and that I was still waiting for my drink, I was brushed off and told the drinks were in the correct order. Not a great approach to customer service...

Employees were very nice and I could hear them encouraging a new team member about a close they did recently or something of that nature — put me in a good mood.

Awesome drinks ! Horrible customer service lady on the drive thru was just yelling at me because everyone’s drink was ready before mine made me park and come inside . There’s a way of talking to people she doesn’t have a clue of what professional is ?‍♂️

Food supplied is what it is, could be better, however, the staff are great. Sitting drinking my morning coffee listening to the staff great most of the customers by name! I've never seen that before at a Starbucks. Exactly how a good coffee shop should be. Kudos to the staff ??
