I go to stores all over the state and this is hands down the worst store. The manager is consistently rude to customers and the employees are dismissive of any requests to fix drinks they messed up. There are many stores to pick from, I recommend going to any store but this one.

I ordered a venti latte and was given a grande. When I pointed this out the lady “fixed” it by doubling the milk so now my latte just tastes like steamed milk. I don’t often treat myself to a $10 coffee and I certainly don’t expect that to be tasting like milk. I will not be going to this location again .

Savannah was super short cutting me off as I placed my order in the drive thru, then as I drove up to the window she aggressively shoved my drink out with a disgusted look on her face before I could even lift my phone to scan to pay. Then driving off I realized my drink was 2/3 filled. A little kindness goes a long way.

I went this morning to get a warm coffee, my coffee was cold, and it seemed like they put the whole half-and-half gallon .Wow ! I keep give this Starbucks a try but it’s just not it.

Very disappointed coming here. Not my first time my mobile order was not ready even after placing a mobile order. I walked out without getting anything I wish I could get my full refund.

Tip dashers well when they pick up your order to deliver to you, the dashers wait forever for your order. After Starbucks makes your order for delivery the set it behind the counter and don't call out a name and let it sit there until your driver gets mad and hollers out that they need them to hand them your order and they tell them to wait, we'll by then your drink is warm ,cold or watered down!

If you’re in the mood for rude barista’s who move slow as snails and act like the customers are an inconvenience than you’ll love this place. Will I be stopping here again when I am back in town? No thanks, if I want my coffee to be cold by the time that I get it I’ll at least go somewhere that knows how to apologize about it.We waited for 30 mins to get our coffee and even the customers who said they made a mobile orders 15 minutes prior to showing up we’re waiting just as long as we did.

I go here twice a week for breakfast & coffee. 90% of the time, everything is perfect, however some of the time they will forget small things, or make the drink entirely wrong, which is forgivable, but it does seem quite frequent here compared to some other starbucks in town, but overall, a great experience and it’s perfect for your coffee needs.

This might be the worst run Starbucks ever. 9 employees working for me to get one sandwich and one drink took 20 mins. I wasted way too much money coming here because it's close, but the service sucks. Staff is slow, unattentive and lazy with a poor attitude. On average I get a 2 out of 10 service from this place. They prioritize Uber eats orders over people actually in the store waiting in person. Then when asked about the wait I was told Uber order came in 12 mins ago and got done before me, even though I put my order in 20 mins. Last time I come to this location. Do better.

BEWARE OF THIS STARBUCKS IF YOU HAVE SEVERE ALLERGIES.The workers last Sunday (9/10/23) were made aware by my mother when she ordered her drink that she has a severe cinnamon allergy (has an epipen and told them that it is a life-threatening allergy).She ordered a drink that typically has cinnamon, which is why she emphasized this and asked for brown sugar instead. They told everyone behind the counter about her allergy, but then the idiot who made her drink didn’t take into consideration cross contamination and although she didn’t sprinkle cinnamon into the drink, the drink ended up getting some cinnamon in it from the process of her making/shaking it.My mom could tell right away and had to run home (she walked there) to get her epipen. The girls behind the counter did not even apologize or feel bad.When someone warns you about a life threatening allergy, you don’t slip up like this. You could have cost someone their life.The girl who made this drink deserves to be fired over this. This is absolutely a fireable offense. This was not an “oopsy” mistake. This was a huge, and really scary f-up that they did not even take responsibility for it with a single “I’m sorry”.You are SO lucky that she lived close by and made it home to her epipen in time.
