They decided to close early after I had placed my online order and paid. I didn't realize until I drove to the restaurant to pick up my order. Other Subways stated they had closed, so I placed my order at this one that stated it was open until 10pm.

Your store closes at 9 PM, not 10 PM as listed online. Kind of inconvenient for online orders. At least know your own store hours ffs. Thankfully we happened to show up right at your closing time and the young man working went above and beyond and still gave us our sub. Maybe he should run this store, lmao.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars, I would. Both sandwiches were cold, wife’s sandwich was basically void of any content. Asked for a replacement and the young white man said, “I don’t know about that… what’s wrong with it?” Self: it was cold and void of content. Employee: “what do you mean?” Self: “It was empty, can this be remade?” He didn’t want to make the sandwich so he asked his younger employee (a respectful young African American man) who made it right, took ownership of the situation and apologized. Thankful for his presence and help. Will never return.

I just left the restaurant on Pace ST, Longmont CO and I’m super incredibly upset at the fact that the poor worker was left BY THEMSELVES on their FIRST DAY. They were doing an incredible job and was very nice but when we arrived more and more people would come in as well as multiple online orders and this one person was handling with such grace but seriously, being a huge corp you couldn’t have at least one more person with them? The manager couldn’t have stayed and helped? We were very patient and the people behind us were too but we can tell they were very overwhelmed and trying to rush when they really shouldn’t have to stress this bad ON THEIR FIRST DAY. Super disappointed on how you treat employees and I hope that worker gets all the help possible next time, as long as they’re still in training time. Make sure they’re rewarded greatly as they do not deserve that on their first day. I didn’t get their name but I hope you go home, relax and get treated better than that. DO BETTER subway.

I’ve given this Subway multiple chances, but they consistently get my orders wrong. The past three orders have been wrong, with each sandwich on the order having at least one mistake. Whether it’s leaving off toppings I specifically asked for, adding ingredients I didn’t want, or not making the sandwich as ordered online, it’s always a disappointment. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a simple order right, especially when everything is clearly listed on the receipt. The quality of service here makes it frustrating to come back, and unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Poor customer service and poor quality food. The employees are pretty nice but the day manager is completely uncooperative and bad at her job she has an over all bad additude.

Came in to pick up a mobile order and was greeted by two employees, after grabbing my order and checking it in my car I realized I forgot to click toasted for one of my sandwiches and that the bacon was almost raw. I walk back in to ask them to at least toast it and they were gone. I sat there for almost 20 minutes and no one came out from the back. Then I had someone call over 9 times and they still didn’t come upfront. Then after waiting so long I left and after I left they finally picked up the phone. Gotta have some horrible work ethic unfortunately.

Employees were fine, Frustrated that they were running low on things. Stopped by at 6pm on a Monday and was told they were low on a lot of things. Couldn't get a fountain drink as they were switching to Pepsi instead of Coke. Out of Hot Honey, out of Olives, out of Onions. Those are just the items I noticed they were out of. Stock your store!
This was a wonderful experience at subway. I dont write reviews often but with this consideration i may aswell have to. Ajohnni was a great provider for my meal and made sure to ask questions for things i might have missed, almost forgot my sauces haha. The food was great. I almost went up and hugged the man at the register for the food i just ate. His name was jayleen he said and he also deserves some credit for having a good attitude and being a hard working employee. The food was toasted perfectly, vegetables spread evenly, and there was just the right amount of meat placed on my sandwich. I 100% recommend this area, they checked all the boxes on what a responsible fast food establishment should be. Love to see it.
HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN? They have never once gotten my order right. Tonight I guess they didn't know the difference between green pepper and banana pepper. I got a meatball sub and opened it to eat it right away because I didn't want it to be cold... It was cold anyways. Like the inside of the meatballs are cold. The amount of freaking banana pepper and onion was insane... a literal handful of both. But like a sprinkle of olives. Seriously. Just put this town out of its misery and close this place down. Definitely wouldn't be a big deal if it was once or twice that things were wrong... but literally every time I have ever been to this location (ordered online) something is wrong. If it weren't for my family, I'd never eat food from here again.
Ya'll are supposed to be open until 9pm but your employees lock the front door at 815p? Change the hours listed on your front door and listed online.
