Erica makes the best sandwiches!

Teddi gave me an authentic smile when I walked in and engaged me in conversation while she executed sandwich artistry. My eyes were darting back and forth between her and the delicious masterpiece I eventually devoured so fast I almost forgot to enjoy it. I won't lie. I walked into Walmart not expecting that kind of service from Subway. I'm a single male and cook 95% of my meals. I haven't been happy with the service at most places so it was refreshing to be treated in such a way. She made that sandwich like she was gonna eat it and that's where it's at!

I placed an order here online which was a struggle itself took like 20 minutes to get it sent in. So my friend and I go in to wait for my order expected to be ready by 12:10. As im sitting here the line is getting longer with a person literally pulling out a full page of orders written down. The lady working the counter decided to start of order of like 8 or more sandwiches while my order ticket is sitting there not started. They continue making all the orders for people standing there and I have to go up to ask when my order will be ready which the girl looked back at the long line of subs that they decided to do instead of my order and then the girl on the line replied she hadn’t started it yet. This was pretty obvious since she had ignored our order and placed it to the side. When you place an order online it shows your pickup time roughly 20/30 minutes after the order is placed. They did not even start making my order until 12:08 which I had to go up and ask them to do. On top of that they don’t have hair nets and their ponytails just sling around all over the food which is gross. Long story short check if hair got in your food and make sure you go up and make sure they actually Start making your food or it’ll be placed to the side and forgotten. To make it better the subs weren’t even toasted so the steak was ice cold we couldn’t even eat the sandwiches.

Edit: So we went back to see if we could have the sandwiches remade and the girl asked who made them and then tried to act like the toaster had been broken even though I watched them use it for the other customers before hand and it didn’t seem to have any issues toasting their subs. I then asked if I could have a refund which apparently only a manager can do who never seems to be there if you read the reviews. Don’t waste your money the food is trash so is the customer service.

Diamond Family

Flies flies flies. All served food open; no Lids, no cooler door. Unswept & dirty floors with crumbs in corners under tables & under ordering counter. Dust bunnies made a home on the signage. Oh did I mention the flies? Servers were good, but need to keep store front clean instead of hanging Halloween decorations. I only ordered an icee after seeing this. And they only order one size cup for the icee. I am certain Coca Cola offers 3 different size cups my entire existence. Lacking customer needs. Clean up your asset & redirect focus.

Used to be a great spot for lunch. Now I won’t go here again. The last 3 times, my order hasn’t been ready so I was forced to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. And it’s been wrong each time.

Over 10$ for this chicken salad! The girl working there acted like she didn’t want to be there. That is not the amount of salad you get at other Subway’s. This is the second time I have gone in 5 days. I will not be getting another salad from here or anything else other than my money back! I will be going back with my receipt to speak with a manger.

We ate here twice we are moving from Canada & previously loved Subway Sandwiches. After eating here, I thought we might have to Forget about Subway for good. Not only was the bread narrower, the ingredients did not tase good either:-(

The foot long I got to eat here does not make me feel like visiting this or any Subway again.

I ordered the footlong titan turkey which is supposed to have 16 slices of turkey on it but it only had 6! Immediately I complained and the workers said that it’s normal but still added more meat. Pretty sure management is telling its employees to put less meat here. If you do go here make sure you get what you pay for. Never coming here again
