One of the best meals I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant! I had the Pambazo with a side of esquites and a house margarita. I topped everything with the salsa Mexicana which took everything the next level! The pozole that comes with the pambazo is delicious! You owe it to yourself to stop in for a meal! Absolutely fantastic!

We really like the simple atmosphere and the house converted into a restaurant. Weather was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying our variety of selections. Person at the counter gave us some good recommendations to try from the menu.

Sharing as a longtime patron of Sumit Tacos. This was one of our favorite restaurants in Longmont for the great food, margs and relaxed atmosphere. I understand that things must change and there was a legitimate need to make life easier on the kitchen, but for our family, the new format of table service has significantly lowered our stoke on the Sumit experience. What was once an overlooked attribute for us is sorely missed. The atmosphere seems transformed and less chill. We used to interact with the same employees and founders every visit and now our only contact is a server. It has changed and for a local patron, I feel like in worse direction. Food and margs are still excellent. I just want the old Summit back. We used to go every few weeks and now it’s months between visits.

Good food, but $25 for four SMALL tacos, chips and dip is highway robbery. There are better spots in town, for cheaper.

Start with Queso dip, do a flight of tacos, some margaritas...so good then siesta. This place rocks! My kids always want tacos from this cool spot.

Vegetarian options: Handicap accessibility in bathroom is well done in back bathroom. Two on site.

Dietary restrictions: GF and Vegan options clearly listed.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love it!

Wheelchair accessibility: Easier to eat outside with power chair but it is do able inside just tight.

Really wanted to take my honey here on a date. Hours online said open until 9:00. We walked up at 8:30 and were promptly turned away. Disconcerted we called hoping for some further understanding and some graciousness or hospitality. Nothing, nada. Just more defensive attitude.

the horchata was really bomb and they served it in a glass with ice which was nice on a warm day. we split the taco plate for a late lunch and both really enjoyed them all, especially the vegetarian ones. we were covered by tree shade around 3 and stayed nice and cool in late summer

Summit tacos is really great. My husband and I recently had our rehearsal dinner in their backyard and they really took care of us. Everyone from out of town loved the food, the vibes, and the staff was so on top of things. We really appreciate them. Even before this event we came to Summit a lot. We always have a great time. The elote, escabeche, and chochinitas are the best things on the menu. And the margs of course. Really glad this place is in Longmont. Highly recommend!
