One of the best meals I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant! I had the Pambazo with a side of esquites and a house margarita. I topped everything with the salsa Mexicana which took everything the next level! The pozole that comes with the pambazo is delicious! You owe it to yourself to stop in for a meal! Absolutely fantastic!
We really like the simple atmosphere and the house converted into a restaurant. Weather was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying our variety of selections. Person at the counter gave us some good recommendations to try from the menu.
Sharing as a longtime patron of Sumit Tacos. This was one of our favorite restaurants in Longmont for the great food, margs and relaxed atmosphere. I understand that things must change and there was a legitimate need to make life easier on the kitchen, but for our family, the new format of table service has significantly lowered our stoke on the Sumit experience.
