Really enjoyed dinner here! Had the Katsu Don and it was savory and hearty! My brother's Shrimp tempura and sister's lobster roll were also delicious! Miso soup and salad were also wins. They have a fun delivery robot too! We loved it all!

Thoroughly enjoyed the food. The Katsudon can be ordered as chicken or pork. Katsu means pork, but Americans seem squeamish about it, so most restaurants only sell the chicken version. It’s so pleasant to be able to order this wonderful pork dish.
The sushi was great, food and presentation were excellent, and I enjoyed the modern music.
New date night spot for us.

First time here, I had chicken katsu which was delicious. I wish it had come with more rice and I wish I had asked for the salad and miso to come out before the meal. Otherwise delicious, definitely worth visiting for the lunch special

Well crafted and presented innovative chef rolls in the tradition of a competent sushi chef. The soup was interesting, with a more developed balance of flavors than usually found. Reasonably priced, they had a very nice balance of rice to fish and toppings; better than some of the other local restaurants where the rice ratio overpowers the fish. If in the area, I'd head for this place rather than stopping Fort Collins these days for a sushi lunch.
