Swaylo’s Tiki Restaurant and Bar

Casual dining place. Fun (and strong!) cocktail drinks and fancy cups. For a date night I recommend a table near the bar (inside the pirate ship). Pulled pork sandwich and ahi tuna wantons were delicious. It’s a great themed menu. The decor is a little corny but it’s unique compared to other places. I would definitely eat here again.

Kid-friendliness: We didn’t bring the kids but I think they would have enjoyed the island/pirate decor. Very kid friendly atmosphere even on Saturday night.

Quinn was our server, excellent. The hostess was also extremely attentive to our requests. We had the vanillakilla cocktail and the 3dots&adashcocktail. Our main courses were the coconut shrimp and the Chilean salmon, both wonderful choices suggested by Quinn. One of the better New Year's Eve we have experienced. For dessert the rum cake.

Cool tiki themed restaurant/bar, good drinks, we tried the swaylos punch , vannnilkilla and the classic mai tai. Tried a couple happy hour apps. The spam masubi and the curry cheese fries. Not bad. Worth the drive north!

Love Swaylos, food was amazing (loved my red curry noodles) and the service was absolutely the best, our server was amazing.

We were also treated to a lovely hula demonstration during the meal, who wouldn't want to see that!

This is the best bar/restaurant/place I’ve ever been to. I love the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, but especially the staff. They all seem truly happy to be there, they’re so friendly, and they care so much about taking care of their customers.
The owner is the nicest guy and really puts a lot of work into the experience. I’ve been here for several holiday events, and every one just makes me so glad I’ve found this place.

Come for trivia on Thursdays. Quinn and Josh put on an amazing show.

Great place with amazing atmosphere and fun drinks! If you're looking to celebrate something, I highly recommend. The appetizer plate was a great sample of everything, especially if you want something that's more food for a lower price.

It's a themed restaurant that is beautifully done. Polynesian style. The food was awesome. They have Polynesian themed drinks that come in cool glasses. It's definitely a place to visit when in Longmont.

My wife and are are currently here eating dinner for the first time. Matlyn ( hope I got that right.) was amazing! Gave excellent drink suggestions. The food was out of this world! Fresh, hot and AMAZING.

Mixed drinks are super good, beer section is meh. I got the garlic noodles which were swimming in sauce, which I would have used half of that sauce. It was just way too much sauce. My wife got orange chicken which was pretty good. Wait staff super friendly.
My only complaint, 2 people 2 main dishes, 2 mixed drinks 2 beers, bill was like 90.00. Over 110.00 including tip. Years ago the bill would have been half that. Looks like I won't be back.

Delicious food. Cool setup and decor. Can't wait to try more of their food. Had the Pork plate and Fish and Chips. Both fantastic. Drinks are a little pricey but strong 💪
