Garlic noodles are to die for! Lobster bisque was a special and had large pieces of lobster in it! Same with the Mai Tai's 🍹

LOVE the entrees and the drinks, all of that is a total 10/10!! our waitress was amazing and the vibes are just perfect in there. However, I just must mention how bad the crab rangoons were. They were SO fishy it was nauseating, and other than 'fish' there was very little flavor. The sweet chili sauce had a chance to save them, but unfortunately was lackluster.
That said- there's garlic noodles with fried tofu were a total 10/10. the sauce was delightfully creamy and flavorful and the tofu was perfectly crunchy. the mac and cheese was cooked perfectly and delightfully cheesy, all that was missing there was a bit of salt. The drinks were also a wonder. 10/10!
As a frequent Tiki Bar- goer, I can safely say that Swaylo's is a must-go, just stay far from the crab rangoons

Service was great, about the only nice thing I can say about this place. Do not order chicken. Under any circumstances. Got the teriyaki chicken (?) and it was actually gray in color, very poorly butchered, and the scent was abysmal. I did not eat it because of the appearance as well as that I could not even get my fork into it due to how hard it was. Fries tasted stale but the texture was the worst part. The mac and cheese is not cheesey to any degree it is a bowl of elbow noodles (also discolored(?)) and cream.
The fish for the fish and chips is ridiculously rubbery as well.
In a previous review the owner stated all employees were food safety trained/certified. That’s great if true but they should put what they learned into practice because I have never been so disgusted by food ordered from a sit down restaurant. It was $19 for very poorly butchered chicken breast that was either spoiled or cooked/frozen/thawed improperly.

GREAT VIBE! Just moved to Longmont and found this to be the best restaurant in town! The pulled pork and grilled salmon are done to perfection, tiki style. Awesome! Deserts are incredible and different. The flight of Hawaiian cocktails is out of this world. WOW! The piña colada is better than what I’ve had in Hawaii, Bermuda, Bahamas, and Fiji. Truly amazing bartender! Uses real juices - incredible, really. Very reasonable prices, too. I highly recommend this restaurant. Fun atmosphere. AND LOCALLY OWNED!

Fun atmosphere, but the food quality and service does not justify the HIGH prices. Walk in, look around, and leave.

Me and my cousin, visiting from Massachusetts, had dinner here on our last night. And the server made this experience so memorable. We can’t remember his name, but he was great. He was training a lovely young woman. Who was also amazing. And honestly we are just very pleased with the whole experience. If you come here, and you don’t get the tiki drink with fire, you are making a HUGEEEE mistake.
