They gave me chips and nacho cheese with a mini bowl of mini fries like these aren't what I asked for like these bums need to be gone and have proper employees and plus I've worked food service before it really isn't hard to do what it do asked of

My nephew ordered us dinner tonight and we decided to go for Taco Bell. We ordered online and picked it up because with door dash we only get half our order. This time we were being more cautious but we still ended up missing three items, didn't realize this until we were home and already grubbing on our food. I found a hair in, not on, in my tostada, definitely stopped eating after that!! Also my Mountain Dew Baja Blast Gelato tasted like mold. We love Taco bell in this house and will find another location to order from after this incident. I included a photo but the hair is hard to see so I drew a circle around the spot.

Trash I just got these two soft tacos and they were frozen and my sisters food had no meat it was a Crunchwrap. Then when we were ready to leave I just wanted simple chips and guac and we waited and waited after 20mins we were still waiting so we just left waste of 20 bucks. Also the way there is IMPOSSIBLE like literally we went every way then we just went the illegal way. Trash…

Went through the drive thru tonight after my sons soccer practice. I was very pleased with my visit. I was pleasantly greeted at the drive thru by Devon. He was very helpful and patient with me as I ordered and helped me with questions I had. He was very friendly and kind when he greeted me once again to take my payment. We got our food very fast it tasted delicious. People like him make visits at any place amazing. Well done Devon keep up the good work and ur amazing customer service.
