I used to work in customer service so I get it but tbh the drive thru workers every time make me feel like I just pissed in their Cheerios. And this is everytime I go, not just one random time. They all look and sound miserable & the vibe passes along to me just trying to get some lunch. Yikes. Do better Taco Bell.

I really enjoyed this TacoBell. The service was great. They made my food before I was even done pouring my drink. The food also tasted good. I will return to this location.

This is the third time I've ordered from them in the morning. Dirty counters, unstocked items like napkins, and the cashier hardly understands English. Half the time I've had to order in Spanish.

Visited around 5pm and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast-food spot. My entire order came out cold, and despite there being no one else in line, my $17 order still took about 10 minutes—as if it were being made fresh. Spoiler: it definitely wasn’t. Everything tasted like it had been sitting for hours.
One of the potato tacos they handed me was barely put together. This was a small, simple order with zero modifications. There’s really no excuse.
I’ll go to the Taco Bell down the street next time. This location? Never again.

I have pretty low expectations of Taco Bell, but this took the cake. Our food tasted like someone had spilled cleaning products into it. I had to call corporate because the store wouldn't answer the phone. I got a refund and I don't think I'll ever be able to stomach the thought of Taco Bell again.

The food was gross I got a Taco box and 2 chicken burrito's and a Mexican pizza all the food was raw and my tacos where broken I will know longer be eating or feeding my family from this location ever again we all got sick and had hair in the food discusting and poor service. Waste of time and money for un-cooked food and greasy hair 000000...

I ordered a quesadilla and it was slimy, wet and inedible.
Ordered three tacos, each one was only filled up halfway. Such a waste of money.
Only 1 of the ordering kiosks were working, drive through was packed & only 3 people were working, so there was a LONG wait. The restaurant was in need of a good cleaning too.
Dude in the drive thru, doesn’t listen, but how could he when he’s got ear buds in the other ear, we watched him switching songs as we waited for our food. We ordered 2 burritos, got 1. Ordered 2 sodas, got 1. Ordered some cinnamon twist and you can forget those haha. What a joke. Do better, it’s your job to listen and make the order correctly! 👎🏼
