Bad food, overpriced. Tiny portions. Go anywhere else.

I placed a mobile order while leaving the movie theater to take home for my family. Waited in line, received what seemed like the complete order, but made the mistake of believing all the items were included and not checking myself. We'll, I get home, which is not on the same side of town, and find that I'm missing items from my order. This sucks, but was not the end of the world, I'll just call the store and ask them to refund the missing items. I was told that unless I come back to the store they can't refund part of my order. If I was going to cross town to go back to the location, wouldn't I just get the food? The manager was not friendly or helpful. Making it seem like an inconvenience that I needed a refund for things I didn't receive. Easier for me to be out the food and the money than waste the time, gas and energy to just be made to feel like a problem for the management.

I'm what you would consider a mid level Taco Bell fan. It's definately on my top 10 fast food chains and I eat at various taco bells around the Denver metro area when I am out and about.

Recently I moved north to Longmont and this is now my local taco bell. I came back to my maps just to write a review, I'm actually still eating my 7$ cravings box in my car while typing this.

This location most certainly has some excellent standards. Not only is the food always made correctly and with the appropriate portions, but the staff is friendly and the building seems well kept.

Overall definately one of the nicest locations I have visited!

Food is great.

In-store pick up service is awful. I pickup in-store a few times a week, and the names are NEVER called. You always have to chase someone down to get your food, and only a few employees are willing to help the front counter.

I have given this location MANY chances to provide the bare minimum services. Both in person and ordered online. They never have the staff. My tacos have never EVER come in one piece, they’re always crushed. They’ve given me the wrong (still crushed) gorditas every time I order the Doritos gorditas. I also never get the sauces I ordered. The shells are almost always soggy and I reached out to Taco Bell to express my frustration about a month ago and never heard back. This location is quite possibly the worst in the nation. Will NEVER buy from this location again. AVOID AT ALL COST

Caution to anybody who want deliveries from this location. The crew will prioritize Drive Thru orders over delivery. This results in unnecessary excessive wait times over 10 minutes. They are trying to show low Drive Thru times at the expense of your delivered order. If you see your driver there more than 10 minutes please call the store and complain. Only you can put a stop to this nonsense! If you want faster and better food try Culvers or Mani Thai! They never have excessive wait times.

I didn't have problems at this location until today. I went in & was going to order food. I needed to use the restroom. I waited for a few minutes as the worker helped a couple. Then, I asked for the code. The worker said rudely for me to wait as she was helping customers. I felt like I was being treated like a naughty child. I really needed to go to the bathroom. I asked another worker & she let me into a restroom. I wanted to speak w/ the worker who was rude to me & explain that I have disabilities & that to have a person who needs to go to the restroom wait when they can have an accident is wrong. Apparently, it is Taco Bell policy to not give restroom codes to customers. I wasn't told that until afterward. It goes against human rights, especially disabled humans, to be made to wait to take care of a human need. It's embarrassing, humiliating, & disrespectful. I was also trying to advocate for others w/ disabilities. I said that the communication can be better. The lady I was speaking w/ got offended & said I could go. I didn't order my lunch here after all. I'm not eating here ever again!

Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom is not disability accessible

A few times a week, before I get home from band practice, I often order the same things I always do... Yet despite my customizations, the staff has always treated me with patience and kindness, my order almost always up to snuff and ready to go in a timely fashion. Thank you for all you guys do, and bringing smiles to Longmont :)

Nacho fries were cold and uncooked without cheese sauce. I had ordered an extra cheese sauce as well and didn’t receive any. I called twice and they didn’t answer phone.
